Stay away. The costumer service is terrible, the way they treat people is awful. I went there to upgrade and left there very scared, it was a nightmare! A serious nightmare.

Was able to have a phone ship from another store service was good the person who waited one needed a bit more training but he was helpful

Waited outside for almost an hour and nobody showed up to open the store for 10 am.One customer had to go to work so she couldn't pay her bill in person and I checked on switching my service to the other phone company in the same plaza because of they seem to not be a stable business.Technology is ruining businesses. ?

I just tried going to the location on bald Hill RdIt was closed yet the website and doors say it opens at 10amI've been to this location before employees aren't very helpful and take smoke breaks outside while guests wait in line inside?What's going on?An elderly gentleman also tried going in to pay his bill but couldn't. If you aren't going to open when you're suppose to put a sign up!

Went to location in Coventry on Monday (MLK day) the gentleman there was both helpful and knowledgeable. We made some changes to my mother's phone plan it was quick and easy. The service was top notch thanks again.

My husband went in to this metro to get my phone activated with a phone I bought from Walmart he spent an hour in there and 22$ fort her to activate it she didn't know what she was doing at all she had to call her boss because she puty number on my husband's phone she fixed that and than she said my phone was all set so he left came to bring me the phone at work and it wasn't activated he went to bring it back and she wasn't there she had a sign on the door saying going to lunch my husband had to bring it to another metrin Cranston and they activated it but I had to pay them also so this metro got 22$ from me and didn't even do what they were paid to do awful customer service and the girl couldn't handle her job Please either train people better or have people with experience I didn't mind paying if she had actually activated my phone

I came in to get a particular phone they didn't have it. That's cool I get it stuff happens. When we asked if they could help us locate the phone at another location even if they arranged to have the phone sent to them and then get it another day it's fine. I felt like they were so focused on making a sale that they could care less about helping me

The sign on the door said they close at 7pm. I was there at 6:20 and it was closed already.
