The worst experience I've ever had a metro. Josh is a scammer. Added lines to my account without asking and made other changes I didnt ask for. Only went in for an upgrade because my phone was dying. When confronted a day later, he made further changes to my account to "fix it" under the guise it was gonna "save me money" (all he did was change my plan to cheaper got rid of stuff my previous plan had included) but never removed the line he added. Now dealing with Metropcs customer service to get it removed has been such an ordeal I considered switching services all together. I dont have time for this hassle. I get they have selling quotas to make and that's fine but don't lie to the customer or pull the wool over their eyes. Its not right. I've never had an issue like this at any of the other stores. He could've upsold me on cases and glass but don't add things to my account I didnt ask for. I will never go to that metro again nor will I ever recommend that place.

Don has great customer service skills. He was very welcoming as soon as I walked in. He is very respectful and helpful. I highly recommend anyone to come to this location.

Stay away. The costumer service is terrible, the way they treat people is awful. I went there to upgrade and left there very scared, it was a nightmare! A serious nightmare.

Was able to have a phone ship from another store service was good the person who waited one needed a bit more training but he was helpful

Waited outside for almost an hour and nobody showed up to open the store for 10 am.One customer had to go to work so she couldn't pay her bill in person and I checked on switching my service to the other phone company in the same plaza because of they seem to not be a stable business.Technology is ruining businesses. ?
