I cannot say enough nice things about working with Gabriella Cardona in Sales. I have purchased two cars from her, at Lexus of Warwick, because of how easy she makes the process.Zach Eldridge in Parts was also fantastic.Plus, a special call-out to Steve Costa, one of the Lexus Service technicians. Steve came out and gave me intricate details about my new vehicle and how things are serviced there. He was knowledgeable and personable.These are the people that make this business great! Keep it up.

Amazing experience! David was there to help guide us through the process. He is excellent at what he does! Very knowledgeable and efficient. He always had a smile! The whole team is wonderful and they work so well together. I will be recommending to all!

I purchased a car - the first car purchase in 13 years!! Joe Nobrega was very well informed and helped complete the transaction in less than a day. Karine Correia handled the finance details with precision so that no errors were made. Altogether a very happy experience.

I just talked with Annette at the dealership about a new vehicle that I saw on the website. She confirmed that it was available for sale. I shared with her that I would be registering the vehicle in South Carolina. Annette and I talked briefly and she stated that she needed to talk to the manager and get back to me. She called back shortly only to tell me that the manager did not want to sell the vehicle to an out of town customer. I asked her for some education on why that would be and she stated that they (the dealership) wanted to keep the vehicle local. I am dumfounded as to why anyone in sales would turn down a guaranteed sale based where the buyer is from. Is this discrimination? It feels like it. I'm not easily offended. I actually joke that one would have to stomp on my toes before I take offense. This felt like a slap in the face. I am interested in the vehicle and still hope that someone at the dealership will be sympathetic. Refusing money from me because of my zip code is hurtful and discriminatory.

Amazing experience! I was shopping for a new car and visited a few dealers before coming to Lexus of Warwick. I wish I hadn’t wasted my time on those other dealerships, because Lexus of Warwick is by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Lynn responded to my online inquiry within 30 seconds and set me up with an appointment. Upon arrival my husband and I were cordially greeted by a woman in the parking lot who escorted us inside to meet Gabby our salesperson. Gabby was fantastic and already had the car ready for us to test drive. We loved the car so she quickly valued our trade (super fair price) and we made the deal. Low pressure and super easy. We then got to work with Derek in finance, who was also wonderful to work with. The entire process took about an hour and a half and we left super happy with a gorgeous car. I’m now a customer for life!

My salesman, James, got me the car I wanted in the color I was looking for, and I love it!! And I want to say that Danielle, the technology advisor, is amazing! She is so knowledgeable about all the tech in this car and how it works. She is patient and does not overwhelm with her delivery. I'm very happy with my new Lexus!❤️ Thank you.

My wife and I recently had an excellent experience buying a new car. Gaby was our sales associate and she was fabulous! She was friendly, knowledgable and attentive. We also worked with Devon and he was great, as well! We had a positive experience and we love our new RX350!

I’m coming here to write a review about my experience with Karine. She works here in the finance department. I almost never write reviews but I just had to come here and rave about her. My experience here in sales started off not so pleasant but after encountering Karine , she more than made up for it. Karine was professional , HONEST and very personable . It’s a rarity to see honesty in car sales but she was straight to the point and with my not so great credit she did everything she could to give me the best rate she could find . Id say if you’re looking to finance a vehicle I’d trust in Korinne to help make the experience smooth and trust that you’re getting the best interests rates a dealership can offer.

I was very happy with the last car I purchased here 8 years ago. During that time I brought the car here for service. Peppino Palladino is one of the main reason I came back here to buy a car he is a wonderful service person. I am very pleased with Joe Nobrega who was my sales person.

Officially got the keys to my new NX350 through Lexus of Warwick last week. Gabriella and Karine were an awesome sales/finance team and worked all the magic needed to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Super happy with the entire process, which is why I've stayed with Lexus of Warwick for three lease cycles, and don't plan on changing.

I left a review of my (unfortunate, time-wasting) experience with this dealership. The dealership's manager replied, here (canned reply), that I should give him my contact information. Isn't that precious? As though this site doesn't have innumerable other people reporting the exact. same. thing: Lousy treatment of female car buyers. As though my experience was novel, rather than the documented norm. So here's my reply: When the crappy culture of which you are wholly aware (and apparently approve -- you're the manager after all) changes-- when you have female sales people on the floor, every day --when there's evidence that you don't treat female car buyers poorly-- I'll still never do business there. Because you *know* your sales people mistreat women-- as a regular course of business -- and you do nothing about it.

My parents had a wonderful experience at Lexus in Wawick, RI. My mom has owned 2 Lexus SUV's before, but was in dire need of an upgrade. Thanks to the great staff, we drove home very happy and excited!Gabriella was extremely patient, kind, and helpful with my parents. They kept saying how nice she was, and upon meeting her today to pick up the car, I was so surprised to find out she remembered meeting my parents 1.5 years ago when they visited the dealership in 2021!Danielle helped explain every single function in and outside of the car for my mom. It is a big upgrade, especially with the modern technology in the 2023 models, and she was so patient and thorough.I was also told Devin (Devon?) was very kind, patient, and helpful as well. Some of the staff even came to applaud my mom as she walked towards her new car, and the big red bow was a really fun touch! We are very thankful for the lovely treatment. Thank you, Lexus of Warwick!
