Last fall I had used lakewood auto for a rental car service and upon returning the vehicle the shop claimed I had caused significant damage to the front end of the car, they told me though not to worry and I won't be charged and to let them handle it with my insurance. I did not cause any damage and felt right away they were trying to scam both my insurance and me. My insurance called me and I explained to them that I did not get into any accident and this man was lying and the next day the shop owner called me upset saying he told me not to say anything to geico and that I'm not going to win. Thankfully Geico has a great investigation department and told me this shop has been on their radar and I'm not responsible for any damage they claimed I caused and that my insurance would not up. Be careful doing any business at a place like this with no morals and may possibly try to take advantage of you. I'd rate lower than 1 star if possible. Nightmare of an experience.

I have been coming to them for years and nothing but excellent service! Might be the best auto body shop in New England. If you are involved in an accident they will pick up your car and provided you with a rental SAME DAY!!! Highly recommend

Jacob took my car right away, and had a rental cleaned and ready to go. I was on the road immediately, knowing my car was in good hands.When the car was finished, and I saw it for the first time, it looked brand new!My Camry looked like it did when we got it in 2017. You would never know the car was in an accident. Not only was the damaged fixed, but Jacob pushed for my headlights to be replaced so I had perfect vision driving….small details like that is what I love about Lakewood auto body…they care! Not just for the work to do, but for me, and my comfort driving the car!I was amazed that 6 years of kids in the back (stained seats and all) were erased by Jacob’s team…they completely detailed my car! It actually looks new! Again, the small details that Jacob thinks of is what makes my experience with Lakewood auto the best!!You won’t go wrong taking your car here…it’s all the small things that turn the hassle of getting your car fixed after an accident into an easy experience. You can rest assured knowing that Jacob and his team are taking care of everything for you!
