Sales rep, Kate, was very helpful and took all the time I needed.
This was not my first purchase from this location and it will not be my last!!

I travelled to the Lazy Boy furniture store in Warwick, RI to possibly purchase an ottoman to complement my sofa which was originally purchased at another location, now closed. I had the pleasure of meeting a LazyBoy designer who showed me a large Ottoman with storage which fit the bill. The fun part was picking out the fabric for the ottoman. My husband brought in a cushion and pillow from the sofa in our home and I showed the designer pictures of the living room . Within a short time we created a showpiece of an ottoman, an exciting addition to our home. Thanks so much for your help and expertise. I can’t wait until it’s delivered.
