Shopped in store, Warwick, RI, to finalize selection, pricing and delivery. Resting very comfortably in my new recliner within 4 days. Sales rep, Kate, was very helpful and took all the time I needed.
This was not my first purchase from this location and it will not be my last!!

Kelly, Kate and Ashley were all friendly and helpful. No hard sell. They want you to love what you buy. Kelly can help with in home design too. Great service and looking forward to a beautiful chair that my parents will feel comfortable in.

Found what I needed. Better than expected. The store manager was extremely helpful. She even helped me get the recliner I bought into my vehicle. I am very pleased.
