TAHANI HAMED!!! What a trash Manager!!! She does NOT belong working with the public. Between her cocky smirk, to her repeating herself, to having no empathy for not just customers in general but RETURNING customers on POOR QUALITY JEWELRY!!Kays makes TRASH jewelry these past few years and Tahani the manager doesn’t follow far behind!Take your money to another JEWELER!!! It’s not worth the hassle to go here.When you take a ring to get sized and they’re making it smaller, they take way more gold than need be and they make the band thin and weak.Bought a bracelet in December 2023 and I’ve had it repaired 2x and now it’s going in for a 3rd after just picking it up from them yesterday. THEY REFUSE TO TAKE IT BACK AND GIVE STORE CREDIT!!!Oh and don’t forget that when you purchase a diamond warranty to read the fine print that they DONT TELL you about. You have to get your jewelry inspected EVERY 6 months for it to be valid! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Discrimination against people with disabilities. I sat down to eat at Pinkberry with a couple of my clients that CLEARLY have disabilities and are in wheelchairs , to eat. One of my clients was making a lot of yelling noise because that is just what she does and she cannot help it and neither could we. An employee at Kay jewelers, a shorter older woman with glasses and neck length hair , took the time out of her day to be so rude to leave her spot at her store just to come around pinkberry , stared at us and made a face, then proceeded to go back to the counter and point at us and whisper with other employees. It was very ignorant and disrespectful. Being an adult woman at your workplace , staring and pointing at people who are different and it is discrimination.People with disabilities are allowed to be in public places and should not be discriminated against for looking or acting different. Do better

I can't speak highly enough of the entire Warwick Kay Jewelers team! They have wonderful customer service and they go out of their way to get you what you're looking for. Chrisalle, the manager, is amazing. She was kind, caring, and helped me in every aspect of my ring search. She helped me find an equal trade as my broken ring was deemed unrepairable. I was very stressed walking in, I said, "it's just a ring" and the team gave me the utmost kindness reminding me, it's a symbol of my marriage. "It's not JUST a ring." I recommend Warwick Kay jewlers to anyone and everyone. Spend the money and PURCHASE A WARRANTY! It helps.

I will never buy anything from Kay Jewelers ever again.I purchased a ring there in May 2022 and was assured by the salesman that the diamond bond warranty, which came with the ring, would replace any lost diamonds at no additional cost to me. I love my ring and was disappointed when one of the small diamonds in the band was lost.Today, I went to my local Kay Jeweler today with my diamond bond warranty receipt in hand, only to be told by the sales woman that I have to pay for both labor and the diamond to have the ring repaired because there is a stipulation with the diamond bond warranty that the ring must be seen at a Kay Jeweler every six months in order for the warranty to be valid. The original salesman at the Natick Mall Kay Jeweler never told me this and I never received any Warranty paperwork, other than the warranty receipt for the diamond bond, and thus would have no way of knowing this.The sales woman today handed me the Lifetime diamond and Color Gemstone Guarantee pamphlet today which clearly details the “every 6 months” policy but stated the guarantee could not be honored today but “can be honored going forward” once I pay out of pocket to have the diamond replaced, since now they have seen the ring.Then she tried to upswell me on another warranty. WHYWOULD I BUY A WARRANTY FROM A JEWELER THAT DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTIES?!What a scam. Buyers beware Kay Jeweler.Seems unwise to not have excellent customer service when there are Jewelers a plenty surrounding this Kay Jeweler location: Pandora, Zales, Jared, and a Ross-Simons all within less than 1/2 mile from the Kay Jeweler in the Warwick Mall.

Tahani was absolutely wonderful she helped me design a pendant and it came out better then I expected. It’s absolutely gorgeous I’m so happy with it. She was so kind and patient and very professional. I highly recommend her.
