Just watched the only cashier on Louis yell at an old lady who didn't understand her return receipt. He was very wrong in the way he spoke to her.

Never enough cashiers. Had to return something and the young male working was rude and told me to get in line instead of waiting at the return counter

There's a woman who works here named Joann, and she's literally just the best! We love seeing her on our stops by the store. She's always super friendly and helpful and extremely patient. Thanks so much Joann!!!

Waited on Hold for first 7 minutes, then another 8 minutes, followed by 6 minutes. I give up. You wonder why these companies go out of business. Also PLEASE CHANGE THAT AWFUL MUSIC

I went to Joanns looking for some canvas type fabric having no clue exactly what I was looking for and the staff at this store was super helpful. They helped me located what I was looking for and made some suggestions. I also had no clue visually what a yard of fabric looked like and they showed me before I purchased anything. They clerk even told me to goto the website to download a coupon for my purchase! The line to check out was long but moved quick and I found what I needed.

I have gone here for several years when in search of fabric and found their selection to be decent. In recent months the selection is beyond pitiful. No more beautiful faux fur, faux leather or quality textured fabric except for a tiny area in the far back. Just isle after isle of kids printed fleece garbage. Its awful! I will no longer be shopping here for fabric.

My boyfriend and I came in to buy some fabric. When we went to cutting services, we asked for a specific size. Instead of explaining nicely that the size we requested wasn’t doable, the employee was extremely rude and treated us like we were stupid. Anytime we asked a question she would just stare at us and act like it was a burden that we were even there. Unless you want to be met with a miserable attitude and terrible customer service, I wouldn’t come here.
