Book at the style Attleboro location, they cancelled because they were out of relaxer. I scheduled an appointment at the Warwick location they called because the stylist was not available and rescheduled for another stylist on the same day. An hour before the appointment they called and said the stylist I rescheduled with was unavailable at that time and she needed to reschedule my daughter. I declined. Not wasting my time.

READ THIS AND RUN! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!I wasn’t going to write a bad review, however, I came in with hair almost to my butt, I asked for a thin and layer, I have thick course hair that drys out easily and is naturally wavy/ Curly… I blow it out most days… my hair dresser accidentally cut a chunk from the back of my hair on the very back of her thinning tool… I didn’t want to cause fuss and make it worse. I was pretty cool about it, hoping she didn’t notice I knew… She then proceeds to show me how much of the length she will cut off. MUCH SHORTER, then what she showed me. She took about 8 inches off!!!! There are hardly any layers in my hair. I asked for bangs and told her a roll them and they are ABOVE my eye brows… SHE BUTCHERED MY HAIR!!! Not being able to even style my bangs correctly is what set me over the top…DO NOT EVEN WALK IN HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HAIR!!! I’ve lived all across this country and this was hands down the worst hair cut I’ve EVER HAD, and I still paid for it…72.00 and she didn’t even dry it… I’m considering hair extensions it’s so bad…I have short hair and screwed up bangs… if I could sue for Damages I would!!! It’s drastic…

I stopped in at the counter to inquire about prices. Apparently, they have three tiers? I was given a price quote and range for me and my daughter.Wanted to do something different but also needed some direction. I was initially booked for the wrong thing, but the stylist was accommodating. She didn't provide much guidance, input, or explanation. I was unfamiliar with some of the processes. For example, she put the color in, set the timer, and walked away without me knowing how long I was sitting. I asked how long the color would last and was told it would depend on how often I wash my hair...still don't know.My daughter's stylist was good. We were happy and she even offered us popsicles.Ultimately, I won't be returning for a few reasons. 1. My hair is darker than I asked for. 2. I still don't know when I will need to redo. 3. I have no idea what "tier" we received. 4. We paid about double $$ what I anticipated after the tip and with what I was originally quoted.

For quite a while, I was not able to find merchandise I liked at JCP. Suddenly since the summer, I have once again begun to enjoy shopping there in Warwick. The store is extremely neat and organized. Each time I have been there, I have witnessed sales clerks carefully folding items or arranging other merchandise so that it is attractive and in order of size and/or color. They also offer to assist me with looking for an item. In the process of my shopping, I found some items which I loved but my size was not available in the store. It was recommended to me that I go to customer service to order what I wanted. That on several occasions was what I did. Jarin, a very pleasant and helpful assistant manager, completed all of the ordering for me. He truly made the shopping experience relaxing and worthwhile. I cannot say enough about his kind, patient way, his knowledge, and his obvious sincerity. On another occasion when I had to return a dress due to a defect, and once again my size was out of stock, I was fortunate enough to have Gena and Lauren handle my credit and reorder - accurate, efficient and excellent in every way in dealing with a customer. So JCPenney, thanks to these phenomenal individuals, I do look forward to continue shopping there! Once again, thank you, Jarin, Gena, and Lauren.

jc pennys salon there should be a zero star rating they where making out that my mom was a karen and the hairstylist ran 2 hours late i dont recommend if you want to get your hair done go to super cuts they are fast and quick

I had appointment with Jennah Sequeria. I told her to do layers she did something can’t define wats that and she didn’t blow dry my hair. Worst parlor I’ve ever seen in my life. MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT.. Worst staff and service. They were busy in backbiting about their customer.Such a Cheap salon cheated me.LITERALLY DONT HAVE IDEA WHAT THE HELL SHE DID TO MY HAIR. NOT EVEN WORTH FOR ONE STAR

Beth did an amazing job dying, cutting and styling my hair. Everyone in the salon was very friendly and it was a great experience! The prices are affordable compared to other salons I’ve visited for the same services. Booking the appointment was done online on the JCP website and it was a very easy process. The lady Joanie that had color my hair was careless. She had stain my forehead sides of my face. When I had mention to her she act like it wasn’t her fault act like she couldn’t get it off my forehead and sides of my face. She wouldn’t give me a discount for getting hair dyed on my facial skin. They had made me payed full price for the color. When I’m the customer paying for services she was being careless got hair dyed on my face. I will never go back to that salon again especially to Joanie. As a person who work with customer service she has horrible customer service skills and need to have training how to treat customers. Also management for treating their customers bad with their employees mistakes.

I know most people don't like brick and mortar stores, but JCPenney's holds a special spot in my heart. They have everything you need. I only buy my bath towels and sheets from here. They recently started carrying Frye products which is super cool. I recently bought an item here and liked it so much I wanted to get the same thing as a gift for my friend. They marked it down from the 5 days earlier, I mentioned it to the cashier, he looked up my sale and re-rang it for the discount! Man, I love Penney's! Also... Sephora inside? How convenient. Call me old fashioned, but I love JCP.

Don't ever try to return a item without your receipt! The credit card you used is useless. Their statement we receive in the mail also useless. In the end they just pick your pock and refund your item at 10 cents on the dollar. I had the manager hep me with this on my last visit to JC Penny. I asked what do they do with Christmas gifts and no receipts? He said they to get a discounted refund.

Worst purchase experience ever- should be Zero stars. purchased a diamond ring. Told service person the size- 6. He orders the wrong size. Bring the ring back and tell them it's wrong. They measure and confirm. Order a 6 again. They ship me an 8. Yes and 8. Return it again and request a 6. Mins you it wasn't cheap - $2100 ring. They ship it again and it's a 7.5. They just don't care. Nothing done to compensate for my time. Also it was a birthday gift and I missed the date. Never Ever Ever again. Go somewhere else.
