I called one afternoon to get a quote on replacing my a/c compressor. The woman I talked to said she would call me back with a quote by the end of day, or at latest the next day. By the next afternoon I hadn't heard back so I called again. Again, I was told they would try to get me a quote but that they are very busy. I asked if she would be able to let me know by the end of the day. I was told it can't be guaranteed, but definitely by the following day. Days three and four have come and gone and no call back with a quote. If I can't even get a quote within 4 business days, I can't imagine what it would be like to get work done here.

I called to ask about an oil change and the guy on the phone told me he doesn’t have the time to even ballpark how much it will cost me. It would take 30 seconds. Terrible.
As you can see from this reply, they are more concerned with trying to give you excuses and explain away their poor treatment towards potential clients. I called and spoke with Jessica, the manager, and she continued to do this - even telling me “whether we lost $5 or $5000, it’s irrelevant…” then telling me that her employee was right, she doesn’t have time to answer that kind of question. Who owns this place?? I bet they would be interested to know this. Either way, this is the worst customer service I’ve encountered and I wouldn’t trust them with my vehicles. Try Primary Care Auto Repair down the street. Their people are competent and know how to do business.

The time was running out on the inspection sticker on my Jeep. They were able to schedule me to get right in and out with no issues. Highly recommended having any vehicle inspected or serviced here. They don’t try to up sell you and are true professionals.

I needed to have my old license plates put on my new car and the old screws were completely rusted, so I went to J & H to have them put on. Brigitto put them on right away and then told me that one of my hubcaps was not correctly positioned to put air in the tire. She took the hubcap off and then positioned it correctly. She went out of her way to help me and then didn't charge me. Thank you!

Was able to get my truck inspected even thou I didn’t have a copy of the registration however I did have proof of registration renewal receipt. They were very understanding and were able to get it done on time. I would recommend going back for future services.

Hi Jess,
Here is a good story for your customer scrap book. Carole was unable to pick up her car until after closing time and J&H made arrangements to leave the key in the key drop lock box. When arriving at J&H it was very dark and someone who happened to be walking nearby helped her with locating and opening the lockbox.
She asked his name which was David. She immediately said are you David Moon.....and it was him. He and his father are friends of mine and own Moon’s Auto Body next door who you can trust to do quality work, much like
It was David and Jim Moon who highly recommended J&H who they themselves rely upon J&H for their quality and dependable work.
Replacing a heater core is quite an involved process and J&H skillfully completed the job and made Carole quite happy and warm.
J&H is a quality and skillful shop and also friendly and feel like family.
