These people are professional scam artists. Avoid this company at all costs. Was lied to about several things on pans purchased at a trade show. Was also told that the set I purchased had a lifetime warranty on everything with every possible cause covered and paperwork is in the box….paperwork says limited warranty and just about nothing is actually covered .

Bought two of these and one is great, and the other one is defective. All I want is to return the bad one, and have it replaced with a good one. They don't answer the phone. Left 5 messages and have not heard back from them.

If I could give zero stars I would. BUYER BEWARE - this company is fraudulent, their sales people will lie about their products and product details on their website also states fraudulent info saying an item will work a certain way but once unboxed the item does not live up to the sales pitch "guarantee" or website product advertisement, 100% definition of fraud. The company will not honor returns or refunds. PAY attention to the print on any paper BEFORE you sign, theirs specifically say all sales are final even though they sell their products under fraudulent advertisement. I invested well over $600 on products from International Housewares that did NOT perform as promised. The company keeps hanging up on me when I attempted to initiate a return. I have initiated a complaint with the BBB so that this company can be investigated, hoping others who've posted here will do the same. Stay away, there is nothing good about this company.

I bought their percussion massage gun at the home show for $250. It was great quality and then it just stopped working over a year later. They valued my warranty and sent me a brand new one! I had to pay for shipping to return it but I think I might try a cheaper option in the future, as they are more popular now. There was no contact in the box from my new massage gun. It was shipped out from a warehouse but thank god, I took a photo of their contact information from before hand. I called and was able to get my original receipt sent to me so I could still use my warranty, if the next massage gun breaks. The new gun appears to have cheaper packaging but I hope the quality is still at nice. Their customer service was quick and short.

Bought the big shower head at the Dulles Expo Home show in Jan. Told him I didn't have good water pressure, he said doesn't matter...this will work great. Turns out it doesn't. My water pressure is low and its still low with this so called great showerhead. Disappointed and was looking forward to better pressure w this.

DO NOT BUY. SCAM. Bought the Steam Jr at the Home and Garden Show in Pittsburgh. It came later than expected, which was fine, but then it came broken. I am supposed to pay for shipping again to return it even though it is defective. I'm just going to assume this is fraud. DO NOT BUY. It was over priced, when I could get a name brand for cheaper.
