H&M stores are very bland when you walk in. All you see are white, black, and grays everywhere you look. Not a lot of color... until you go to the back and find they magically have a children's area. A huge burst of color. My wife and I only shop here just for the kids clothes.

The staff is very helpful. My daughter was looking for a specific color sweater and we asked where they were. The rack had none left so she picked something else. When we got to checkout the lady found the last one and brought it to her. It meant a lot to her!

Love the store but the customer service needs some improvement. I went into the store to return a pair of jeans for a different size and bought one other thing. I looked at the receipt while I walked out and was super confused by the receipt. I went back into the store to get CLARIFICATION so I can understand what happened with the transaction and instead, an older woman jumped into the conversation while I was speaking to a younger associate by being very judgmental, loud and very aggressive with her answers towards me. The older woman pressed very hard to end the conversation by saying, “There’s nothing wrong with the transaction.” And repeated herself more than twice… I still didn’t have a clear UNDERSTANDING of the transaction which led to me not leaving the cash wrap until I understood why I was being charged a certain amount which I’m sure annoyed the older woman. As a customer, I would think answering why this or that happened would be no big deal but I guess thats what happens when you’re stuck working a part time job as an older woman…

Store is easy to walk thru. Prices are confirmed at section of clothes. Have a good selection of different styles of women and men's clothes. Didn't go into children clothes today but last time got great deals.

Had an excellent experience here at this Location probably the best experience I’ve had in a while in a retail store. The manager Kayla was really sweet and helpful. She had excellent relationship building skills and her staff as well. I’ll definitely be coming back again! Thank you!
