Poor customer service. The service center is very unprofessional while they take forever to complete work. The excuse is always so many cars to be serviced, so a bigger service center?The last Cadillac I’ll own. Taking my business back to my friends at Lexus of Warwick!!!

I bought my very first Cadillac xts (it is a 2019) and I brought in for an oil change. AJ was very accommodating and showed me how to use the various features of the car. The experience was exceptional.

This dealership is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I purchase a beautiful XTS in April 2023. In July 3, 2023, a stabilitrak sensor and check engine light appeared while on interstate. Before I finish, I had to bring the car back 4xs and I only had possession of my car for 6 days in month of July, 3 of these days were before the problem started. It was covered under warranty, the first thing they declared was the Transmission Control Module, the highest part of the control body. They claim to have replaced it and I picked up my car July 12, first time by July 13 light back on and brought back to shop. Limp mode will activate on this sensor. Long story short it is Aug 11, 2023 I still don’t have possession of my vehicle. They called Friday Aug 4, 2023 to say it’s ready and then I notice my rear end was sagging?, I go to sign the release papers and reading a new problem of my rear air shocks were leaking and no one notified me. If I wouldn’t have read my paperwork it would have been on me! I spoke with the manager Pat Napolotano, he told me it’s my RESPONSIBILITY and they will call my warranty ?. I express on Aug 10, 2023 that this is on the dealership I need the policy and procedures of the shop because this has developed in your care. He boldly told me we are not paying for this issue and we don’t have policy and procedures. I had to Uber to work from dealership…Im a person first that happens to be a WOMAN. ANYONE READING THIS!!! Went in to buy a car -- was told they couldn't sell it to me at anything less than $12K over MSRP. With the longer delivery times in new factory ordered vehicles of the past year, some dealers (but not all) have taken to charging a premium above the manufacturers list price. However, it's 2023 and most of that has gone away. In this case, the car was available in just 3 months from order from the factory -- yet they still wanted to gouge a premium over what Cadillac says they should charge for the car.When the market turns and luxury car brands like this have trouble moving the vehicles already on their lot -- remember, this dealership was one of the ones price gouging "because they could". There are others who haven't engaged in this practice -- bring your business elsewhere to dealers who have a longer term perspective on customer relationships.

This dealership lies, and then back tracks after you called their bluff, from the salesman to the finance officer to the general manager, and everything in between was extremely disappointing. After leasing a brand new Cadillac. This dealership need to stick to their mission statement and do the right thing for the customers and stop just walking around the lobby with swagger. I would avoid this place like the plague and continue down bald Hill Road and find a dealership that is willing to hold up to their word. Terrible experience!

No one came out of the building to greet us.. we went inside,and no one spoke to us they only stared. I guess they stereotyped us as not having money or good credit.. ?

Would not recommend this dealership. Bought my recent car from them with several issues. I had a scheduled service for 1:30. They didn’t take my car back until 3:05, then came out to me at 3:30 stating they don’t have time to fix any of the issues. They demanded I come back to only them. They stated no other dealer could fix the issues without it costing me. They knew it was over an hour drive for me to get to them.When leaving their parking lot my tire light came on. When upon checking I had a bent nail in my rear tire.Since that experience I went to a local Cadillac dealer who has provided excellent customer service without payment. Not sure if it is because I am a female and they thought they could get away with the unprofessionalism or if this is how they treat all their customers this way.

I have been to alot of dealerships looking for cars and most if not all I was very unhappy. When I came upon Herb Chambers Cadillac in Warwick I had the best experience ever. My saleswoman Bethanie was incredible in walking me through the steps. She was not pushy she was not arrogant she was a genuine kind helpful person. Finance also was great and usually they are kinda tough but there they were awesome. Oh and their sales manager was great . He answered all my questions with politeness and kindness. Truly a great guy. And don't let me forget about my first service appointment... Also first class. They will listen to any issue you might have and will guide you through what needs to be addressed.I say that their dealership is run the way all dealerships should be run

This is a fantastic dealership with employees that really understand the definition of superior customer service. My sales guy Moe helped me find the car that I wanted and was proactive helping me to get the best deal on my Alfa. Post sale, he's been hyper responsive answering questions and providing support. I had a great experience shopping my with Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick RI; and dealing with my sales consultant Bethanie.P.She was pleasant and understood all our needs. Helped with all our questions pre and post purchase. Appreciate her expertise and great customer service. The entire staff are friendly with no judgement.I would also like to acknowledge the Trade-in appraisal manager Cecil(?) and the Finance personnel Jackie who were very friendly and knowlegable and made it a lovely expeirence. Thank you everyone!

I had a very bad experience here at Alfa Romeo - I bought my car three weeks ago on 5/14 and they told me that I would have the registration within a week. Well, it's three weeks later and my insurance agent called saying they just got the paperwork on 6/2 and that I have had insurance coverage since 5/21. According to the sales rep when I left the dealership on the 14th he told me I could drive my new one without any problems. This put me at a huge risk and I still don't have a registration and now I am with a car to drive. oh btw instead of my sales rep keeping me informed about the process I had to reach out to him for status updates where he was lying saying things were getting done but they weren't.
