“I purchased a STIHL chainsaw about 4 months ago , then I had a problem with the Bar overheating on the tip front
I brought it in to Adam the Manager to take a look at…. He said I will see if I can get the company to warranty the issue and said he would get back to me in a few days, Before I even got home on the same day, Adam called me and replaced the bar and had it covered under the warranty
Talk about SUPERIOR Service !!!!!!
