I can’t say enough about the staff at Hannoush. I came in for earring backs and the staff could not do enough to help me replace them. While waiting I browsed. I found a diamond I really wanted to purchase. I was assisted in finding the perfect setting that allowed me to wear my grandmother’s wedding band nestled perfectly against it. It was dipped and sized to wear as a beautiful set. The work was performed so well that I returned with several additional pieces of jewelry for repair which were all completed in a timely, affordable and excellent manner. Every staff member went above and beyond on every visit I made. I have had the greatest pleasure working with all of the folks at Hannoush. Thank you all.

Came in to look at a watch. They didn’t have on display - but had an another location.
They brought it over with no commitment- I was impressed with the customer service. Danielle was knowledgeable and facilitated the transfer of the watch.
It was better than I had anticipated - the service was great.
I appreciate e that Hannoush went the extra mile to mile to make the access as quick and efficient as possible.
This was my second very positive transaction at this location. Very positive interaction.

I had a great experience here working with Amy. She was very personable to work with and was very transparent throughout the process of designing a custom ring for my wife. No surprises or anything, just straight forward and helpful. This was exactly what I was looking for. Tom, the jeweler, designed a gorgeous ring and mentioned if my wife wasn't happy, to come back for easy changes to the setting - it was just an awesome experience all around. Had some custom work done on a vintage watch replace stainless steel links with platinum. Came out great and the staff is very friendly. I will be making more trips there in the future.

Hacks. I used my mother's engagement ring to propose to my wife 11 years ago, with the idea of her receiving her own diamond (sentimental). My wife wanted to replace the original gold setting with a white gold, so we purchased the new setting from Hannoush and had them reset the diamond from the 60 year old setting. Fast forward 10 years and I replaced the diamond ring (bought from Hannoush and overpayed). We brought my mother's diamond back to reset it into the original setting and were told that it was broken and would cost $200 to fix. The salesperson face dropped when I told her they were the ones that did the work and broke the 60 year old setting. She went over to her manager and told me they would fix it for $100 and were "losing money" doing it. They broke it. They should fix it. They lost more than money. Not going back there again. I'm having it fixed by a local jeweler who knows what they're doing.

Wow!! The Quality of my jewelry is awesome! I went to see if they could fix my mother's ring! What an amazing job they did! It was missing a stone and they replaced it like all brand new now! The people are sweet and kind! I am a fan for life now! Thank you ?

Just stopped in to have a link on a chain repaired not worrying about cost...The woman at the counter was excellent and in less than 5 mins.my chain was around my neck at no charge because it could not be soldered he hooked it up 4 me.These people are stand up and not at all money hungrey...take my qord...this is my new jewelry store for life...
