What a great experience overall! There's nothing worse than a sales person attacking you the minute you walk into the store. But here, I was allowed a good 10-15min browsing time. When they did come over, floor staff was knowledgeable and attentive. I LOVED that they sell solid wood frame couches (which have proven hard to find recently). Couches were delivered with ease to our second floor apartment! I will definitely be visiting frugal furniture for future furniture upgrades!

I bought a dinning room set to have it fall apart in a week. The chairs had small chep nails no glue. It was junk. They said it was our falt and would not do anything. They or con arts and sale junk. The nails were bearly in the arms and legs. Junk

Joe, the salesperson who worked with us today, was awesome. He was very low pressure (a huge plus for me) while still being super helpful. Ordered a platform bed frame and two bedside tables, will be delivered and assembled in a week. Very impressed

Debbie was AMAZING! From the second we walked in we felt welcomed. They listened to exactly what we wanted and worked with our budget and time frame. They were so so nice to our 2 year old son and made his day special! Will be going back for any furniture needs for sure and would recommend to anyone!

I was searching for a sectional sofa for my living room. I am so picky and like to see/sit on a couch or chair before I buy. I am so happy I went to Frugal Furniture- the new location in Watwick (Gilmore’s previously). I had my measurements in mind and found the perfect sectional! And it was on sale! Purchase and delivery were superb! Thank you to everyone at the Warwick store especially Mr Russo who helped me. This sectional is the Ashley Signature “ Altari”. My family loves it too.
