The employees of fye need to take a chill pill. Every employee watches your back like a hawk and it VERY uncomfortable. Please just leave shoppers be. They are there to shop. Breathing on the necks of every customer will not helping company sales. This makes customers want to leave and stay away from your store. Truly a bad experience every time I am in any fye. Not everyone is going to be stealing something. Employees need to be taught to handle possible customers stealing in a way that does not push away customers that come in spend their money. Truly disheartening because fya does sell cool products but I would not recommend anyone try and shop from an fye.

If you come here, NEVER use card... when I used my card to pay for something, they kept my card on files and started charging me 11.99 for some "monthly VIP" thing that I don't recall agreeing to.

Purchased a Batman and Superman 9 movie collection for 51.99 and I gave a 100. They only gave me 25 Dollars in change. Got robbed.

An employee accused me of stealing and made a big scene chasing me into the mall. I did not, nor have I ever stolen. Extremely embarrassing. I like FYE but I won't be back at this one.

I'm seeing that deceptive "%10 off" nonsense on these reviews and then they charge 11.99 a month without my consent and unfortunately, I had to deal with that. FYE has gone downhill and they're very shady.

This store has really lost its way. I suppose I admire their willingness to try new things but their pricing doesn't make sense. They sell the same things as their competitors in the same mall for significantly more money but they don't offer anything to justify those higher prices. I guess if you desperately need to find products branded with the most popular anime media, and you absolutely cannot wait to get it shipped to you for half the cost in 2 days, then there might be some fraction of a subset of the population for whom this store makes sense.
