When the tech was done with my car, he parked it closer to the next car he was going to work on than me. I was waiting in the parking lot and instead of driving my vehicle to the front door, he parked it on the side of the building, got out, and started walking to the next car he was going to work on, paperwork and keys in hand. Apparently, he knew I was the owner and knew I would walk over to it. Seems to me, he should have driven my car and parked it just passed the front door, or in a parking spot near me. Then, he should have gotten out and gone in to let the desk person know he was finished with it. After this, he should have gotten the paperwork and keys for the next car he was going to work on. Apparently, he got the next cars paperwork and keys first, then hopped in my car, backed out of the garage, and pressed the key fob to locate the next car and then parked my car near that car to make his walk shorter. I know it sounds weird, but I think you should completely finish one job before starting the next, and not inconvenience the customer. Also, my appointment was at 10am , but my car wasn't taken into the garage until 10:22am. I won't be coming back.

The crew at the firestone goes above and beyond. They are all knowledgeable and helpful. This is my hometown mechanic now and as much as I hate spending money I don't mind giving it to thos firestone when mine, my wofes or my son's car breaks down.

Thanks to the mechanic's apparent indifference, they over torqued my lug nuts after an alignment and TWO of them broke off when my axel needed to be changed a couple of months later - plus the lug nut that was missing when I picked my car up. Take your business elsewhere.Service: Wheel alignment

I’ve been going here for almost three years and having nothing but good things to say. Excellent service and they will take care of you. Great staff and team. Pricing is so much better than taking it to the dealership.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Great experience w/ a flat repair! Squeezed me in w/o an appointment as a walk-in. Expected wait was pleasant w/ tv and nice A/C. Tire was patched&o lugged and out the door in under 2 hrs. Roughly the same price as other dealerships that could not get me in. Would recommend and return.

I want to share about something that happened at Firestone that I didn't like. My tire got flat just a little bit away from their store, and I thought they would help me. But they didn't want to help take off the wheel, even though I was really close. What made me even more unhappy was that they tried to sell me an expensive tire. They didn't really care about helping me; they just wanted to make more money. When a company doesn't help when you're in trouble, it's not very nice. It's important for companies to care about their customers. I hope Firestone listens to this and does better in the future.I felt disappointed and I hope others know about my experience before they decide to go to Firestone.

I can tell you from past experience I've had nothing but great results little pricey but always had good customer I would go for new tires and alignment every 3 to 4 years the last time I went for an inspection sticker now mind you I've gotten an inspection sticker there before with the same car. I've owned the car for 6 years so I've had an inspected twice once there so I went back the gentleman was rude ignorant cocky he was a new higher manager and he should be fired too bad I don't remember his name because if I did I would report him. So to let you know I wind up leaving without an inspection sticker I was told to leave the property and I would not ever go back there ever ever very dissatisfied. Firestone please do a thorough search before you hire management end quote

I've been coming to this particular Firestone store for years. They were okay at first but I've seen it go downhill. The owner is usually there and he's usually ranting and raving about something on the phone. I hear four-letter words being thrown around sometimes and he doesn't seem to be too concerned with his customers anymore. I haven't had the best service. My driveway was stained with oil leaks because they over torqued the oil pan bolt and it leaked everywhere. When I made an appointment for an oil change they say it'll be an hour and a half and it turns out to be 3. You don't get decent service here anymore.

If you really like you car please do not bring it to this place. I spent $1600 to get new tires for my weekend car. When I picked up the car it had chemical stains on all 4 wheels. I did not notice it when I picked up the car because they left them all grimy, after I cleaned them at home I noticed where was someone’s fingerprints it was white (see images below). I brought the car back and the owner did not believed me at first but then when I showed him he was kind of apprehensive. They tried to blame me for the stains but I only use car wash soap recommended by my wheel powder coater who I also contacted and he confirmed this could not have been done by my regular car washing/cleaning which I do at home. After relaying this to the manager, he agreed it was done by his team and told me he would take care of it. I then didn’t hear back from him. I called for almost a month straight and was always told the manager was unavailable or busy and never got a call back. I then reached out to Firestone corporate and they also told me they would investigate and fix my wheels. They said they would send someone to check the wheels to be evaluated. Of course that never happened. This is the request number if anyone of corporate sees this 2093742, and a separate ContactID was 430567065347.TLDR Firestone caused damage to my wheels and after promising to fix them, they ignored me. This was $800 worth of damage to have fixed.

My brakes were squeaking so I brought my care to Firestone in Warwick. Bob, the front desk clerk was so helpful. He explained the whole process and answered all my questions. He was very professional and courteous. Kudos to Bob and the staff. Will definitely go back when he need arises.Service: Brake service & repair

Worst possible place to get scammed. Run, don't walk, away from these guys. They'll tell you you need all kinds of expensive repairs that your car doesn't need. They actually tried to run an estimate up an extra $1000 for new brakes, a new radiator, and a new battery that subsequently tested in perfect condition. He spilled oil on it and said my battery was leaking acid. Buyers beware. Subsequent service technician further confirmed my radiator wasn't leaking and my brakes even passed State inspection. Firestone Auto Care on Post Road, Warwick, RI is a "Buyers beware" A second Auto Technician overheard my story, sharing he used to work there, and very much disliked working with Firestone.
