Second time driver has done a rolling stop by my apartment because I had a signature required and he didn’t feel like getting out of the truck. Waited all day on my porch for my meds and this is what I have to deal with? What type of people are you guys employing?

At 11:15 AM today, a FedEx driver blew right through a stop sign in a residential neighborhood almost hitting me, and when I honked my horn, he just shrugged his shoulders like it was no big deal.
And this happened in Cranston, Rhode Island.
I don’t know if he realized that if he did hit me, I would’ve sued the pants off FedEx and he would’ve lost his job or maybe been in worse trouble for reckless driving while on the job.
I tried to get in touch with the shipping center In Warwick and was given customer service at a random location. This is not good.

I cannot believe this company is still in business. I've never had such a hard time trying to get them to Simply HOLD the package for me to pick up since they think allowing random people in the neighborhood to sign for expensive electronics is ok and that the package won't be stolen as soon as they drive away. This company makes it near impossible to speak with a human and when you do, they don't know what the hell is going on with your package. They tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone. If I could have given negative stars I would. This company really needs to go out of business. Next stop: the Better Business Bureau.

Had to pick up a missed delivery, I was expecting it to be a pain, but I was in and out in less than two minutes.

FedEx is just as bad as USPS. Asked to have a package held for pickup prior to it being delivered or delivery attempted. Despite my request, the delivery was attempted at home. I even wrote on the note they left that I changed the delivery online to a pickup. The first attempt they left a note saying it was the second attempt (not true). I called the representative, off shore operator, who I could barely undertand that said the package will be all set and rerouted to your requested destination for pick up. The next day FedEx attempted delivery at home again (said final attempt - which was the 2nd attempt actually) and they are now sending the shipment back to the sender...what a joke! Someone didn't do there job as usual. The driver couldn't have looked at my note or in the system to see I had requested a change? Not sure what happened but the ball was dropped and now my package is wastefully floating in the abyss!

Support is non existent….tried multiple times to add tracking number and it was always not understood…can’t speak to support unless entered and can’t enter it…has to be programmed this way..

Multiple times they've claimed deliveries were attempted and no one was available to receive the package when we in have were available.

This place is ridiculous. I had a credit union send me a check using FEDEX. from Chicago . It’s been three days, the courier says that he/she attempted a delivery 3xs. I received no door tickets after the attempts . I contacted the 1800 number three times today to have this package redelivered and the driver has decided on his own will to take my envelope back to this office . If you try to make a complaint on the 1800 line there’s no one to talk with about thugs employees behavior . You have one job, my credit union has used FEdEX because they deliver packages in an expedited manner. Usually within 24 hrs domestically, it’s been three days and I still do not have my envelope. Does anyone hold people accountable at this company because not performing your duties would be an issue at any other company .

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a series of failed delivery attempts and subsequent communication failures regarding my package. Over the past few days, I have experienced a frustrating pattern of service that falls significantly below the standards I expect from FedEx.On three separate occasions, the delivery driver approached my front door, only to leave a delivery attempt notice without making a genuine attempt to deliver the package. Each time, it was evident that the driver did not have my package in hand, indicating no intention to deliver. This behavior is unacceptable and not only wastes my time but also delays the receipt of important items.After the first series of failed attempts, I reached out to your customer service team to lodge a complaint. I was assured by the Warwick site shipping center that my package would be delivered promptly. Unfortunately, more than a day passed without any delivery attempt. Seeking clarification, I contacted customer service again, only to be informed that the shipping center had unilaterally decided they would not be delivering my package. This decision was communicated to your customer service team rather than directly to me, leaving me uninformed and unable to take immediate action.Furthermore, I was then told that I would need to collect my package from the shipping center myself. This resolution is not only inconvenient but also contradictory to the service I paid for. I have lodged another complaint but, based on my experiences, I am concerned that it will not be adequately addressed.This sequence of events highlights not only a failure in the delivery process but also a significant breakdown in communication between your shipping center, customer service team, and customers. I expect FedEx to uphold a higher standard of reliability and transparency.I am requesting an immediate and clear resolution to this issue. I would like my package to be delivered to my home as originally agreed, without further delay. Additionally, I seek an explanation for these repeated failures and assurance that measures will be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.Your prompt attention to this matter is not only appreciated but necessary. I look forward to your swift response and resolution.

An older man delivered my package today. It was nice to see that he actually placed the package down on the stairs rather than throwing it like many of the younger drivers seem to do.
