This location really sucks - what kind of person sees a customer bring in a package and allows them to get all the way to the desk with it knowing they had no intentions of accepting my package due to having produced some excuse as "its overweight"... what the arrogant unhelpful worker scanned was a RETURN SHIPPING LABEL - meaning they shipped the box out to the location. There wasn't an issue when they shipped it out, and here's the joke of it all... I took items *out* of the package and used them and was shipping the leftovers back to the sender. It was lighter than when they shipped it out to me. I saw that she didn't want to have to deal with my FedEx package, so when she scanned it and expressed sarcastic surprise that "it's overweight" I couldn't help but laugh at her. I had the corporate entity that shipped the package on speaker phone and told her to explain it to them and they couldn't believe what they were hearing either. Don't bother bringing a package here if it's in a box or something.

Great. Always get my shipments directed there when I’m not going to be home. Also ship returns there. Perfect place and nice people.

I recently bought a pair of work boots online, that I had to ship back. The seller had shipped them in a plastic bag, and I didn't have a larger box on hand, so I covered the shoe box with heavy, brown wrapping paper, using clear packing tape on the seams, and to cover the shipping label.This location refused to ship my package, stating that my item had to be in an unwrapped box, because conveyor belts would "tear the paper up" (gee, if the conveyor are that rough, I feel bad for the people who have to work around them).They then offered to sell me a box - for $12! Uh, no way, Jose.I drove to another FedEx location, which was much more helpful (and pleasant!), saying I could just add some strips of clear tape to reinforce the paper, without having to re-box my item. He even offered to let me use their tape.The only reason I am giving the location at 1000 Bald Hill Road two stars, instead of one, is that they are open until 7 p.m. Doesn't matter to me, though, as I won't be going there again.

What a racket they told me they couldn't take specific packaging because it goes against their shipping policies even though I've used the same packaging for multiple other packages. This was Michelle at their front desk so instead of course they offered to repack the shipment and one of their boxes they wouldn't let me just duck tape over or cover up the issues that they had with the box, I believe this is their way of sticking it to the customer. I understand FedEx employees are completely subcontractors, but just another reason why UPS is the far better choice I've never had issues there.

Incapable of properly entering addresses. Address was in put incorrectly and screen was not shown to me to verify address. Package is now in limbo and neither this store or fed ex itself seems to be capable of resolving issue. The level of incompetence portrayed here is astounding.

This location was very convenient to do a quick shipment. Clean and nice. They were very helpful. Had to get a gift shipped to the destination by Christmas. It just made it. I would recommend it.
