First few weeks were great and staff were very helpful and considerate. But came into some health issues and was in hospital every other day which is when this place went from nice to hell. Joel told me to shut up, he put his hands and fingers in my face, blocked my door, and would not let me speak. Used a lot of profanity towards me and was very aggressive. To make sure the story is straight because I am an honest person, I was only a 3 days late on my payment date which Joel must think entitles him to curse me out and tell me to shut up and treat me like crap. We were actively moving out the 2nd and 3rd day (of late days) I am talking about and Joel was very unproffessional. It was no need for profanity, aggression or any of that. I called the cops because he was being violently aggressive towards us which scared me and I wanted to make sure I was safe. The call to the cops must of worked because we were able to move out the rest of our stuff on the 3rd day without the threats or mis treating of Joel. He left us alone after I called the cops. So to sum it all up, I will not being staying at any extended stays, or telling anyone about this place. I will say Heather is a great manager and speaks to her clients as friendly as possible and I have seen people in hotel give her problems and she is very calm with them and cordial and handles the situation great. All other staff as well were very nice to me inlcuding the overnights. Joel went very downhill and as my situation shows, is not patient with people and handles customers the wrong way.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would, they don’t even deserve the one star. I’ve simply chosen it because it’s only way to leave a review apparently. The staff, including manager, were both very rude, at the end of my 3 month stay at this hotel, I was in a disagreement with my significant other, and whereas my name was booked on the reservation, I didn’t think I’d have to worry about not being able to ever access my belongings in my room, but an already long story short- they allowed her to remove my name from the reservation and deactivated all of my room keys so that only SHE was allowed in, I lost everything I had in the room even after reporting this to the police, I was only able to file a small claims court case. I never received any of my belongings which consisted of pretty much everything I own, since I was legit LIVING in this hotel. As I was sitting in the lobby, trying to take In what had just happened, the staff approached me and stated that I could no longer be on the property since I am no longer on the reservation. They kicked me out of their lobby as I was trying to find a ride from the hotel, back to the state where I am from, and wouldn’t even allow me to charge my cell phone. They have NO HOSPITALITY. If your just looking for a cheap room that you don’t mind people smoking in their bathrooms, (even though it’s “non-smoking) and don’t care about other people being very loud and banging above and on the sides of you, and if you love being ignored and love waiting a couple of days for a towel, this is the place for you! Also, DO NOT walk on the grass at this hotel, you ABSOLUTELY WILL step in dog feces. Take my word for it, you’ll regret it if you don’t, and will likely be haggled by drug addicts. I’ve since relocated to a suburban area and I cannot explain, in words, the drastic difference.

Excellent place to stay if you're in between buying/selling your home or looking for a new place. Rates are affordable, rooms are cozy and clean. Laundry on site which is a big help!

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Absolutely no complaints with front desk whatsoever. Rooms are dated and could stand some deep cleaning and a good update. The main issue with the establishment is the seedy characters that seem to congregate. So if being stalked to and from your room by another creepy guest or having front row seats to a drug bust out your window are your idea of a good time, be sure to book!

We had a little hiccup when we checked in, left our credit card locked in our storage facility overnight so we had to sleep in our UHaul our first night, therefore our first night was a ‘no show’ and were charged. When we obtained our credit card, we checked in with Stephanie, the assistant manager. She was able to fix it so we didn’t loose out on our first night which was very kind of her because technically she didn’t have to do that. Whenever I needed anything she was always around with a smile and accommodating my needs.Our hotel room was immaculate. I grew up in the industry so I’m familiar with the ins and outs, etc. If I had one complaint it would be to have the option of the windows opening. When you cook in a room, if leaves a scent, especially if it has no where to go. I made cheeseburgers in our room and our room smelt like grease the following days after.I will definitely book at this location in the future because of the cleanliness and pleasant staff.Meredith

Extended Stay is on my Sh!t List. The heat was not working properly. I turn on heater it works for 20-30 minutes. Then turns off completely. I called front desk to help she could not help, maintenance was gone for the day. I called residence relations, they suggested another location, but the other hotel location wanted me to pay again. Of course I'm homeless and have limited money. So I stayed.The bed was kind of itchy so I ended up sleeping in the recliner chair. And every time the heater goes off. I turn on the heater. Definitely a uncomfortable and restless night.

This is one of the best hotels I've been to. The Gm is a great woman helped me get the best possible deals for my stay and made me feel very comfortable. The staff is also very very nice and helpful. Joe & Heather are great workers, & in fact, the entire staff were all quite helpful making it a nice stay.Rooms: Rooms were clean & we enjoyed our view as we had room 301 which looks out on the woods with a beautiful path that goes over a bridge & a lake with deer running around.Nearby activities: There's the malls right there along with plenty of shops & restaurants to visit.There's woods nearby to take a walk on or a quick jog. We enjoyed!Safety: We've stayed there several times & experienced no problems with our safety wherever we were.Walkability: The malls & some shops are close enough to walk to yet to get to the malls you must brave a high speed street yet with caution this can be done as people will stop for you to cross.Food & drinks: Food & drinks are available right in the laundry room of the hotel & there's an array of varieties to choose from at $2.50 a bottle. No spring water though yet there is distilled, purified & smart water.
