I gave them a call just for some guy to pick up and when I asked questions he was very short and very rude and quick to get me off the phone… How are you going to run a business but then act like that? Not to mention I told them prior that I was just looking for information before I place an order. I don’t care what the quality of work they do, the customer experience starts at the door, I will NEVER recommend this place.

I have been coming here for quite some time. I continue to return because the owner & his wife are phenomenal. The owner has the patience of a saint. I like to take my time deciding which font & color to use. He happily shows me different styles. All of the products they have embroidered for me have come out professionally & fabulous! I have never been let down with all the work they have done. I enjoy the witty repartee & kindness shown to me from this small business. Excellent, speedy & the friendliest service! TOP NOTCH!

Great owner and very friendly family who acted as staff. Did an excellent job on my workshirts. Very pleased! Pricing was standard. I only brought in three shirts not a huge order which would've gotten me a discount.

Owners are very nice and accommodating. Although they were very busy, they were able to squeeze me in to get a scrub embroidered for my nursing program. 100% recommend them. Very professional. Thanks again!

I had a belt and 2 pairs of boxing wraps embroidered with Japanese characters. They're some of the kindest people that you'll ever meet; they're easy to talk to and they'll ask questions to make sure they get things done right. Even if you don't hear from them, give them a call; it wouldn't take anything from you. I hate making phone calls, but when I called the lady that picked up was so professional and kind.So from me to Express Embroidery: Thank you!

Easy to work with. Very reasonable pricing. The next thing is that the owner will take personal items and embroider a small number of pieces. Very courteous and great quality.

Embroidered a backpack with school logo and name. It turned out exactly as I had hoped. Excellent job, very helpful, and quick turnaround. Many other places I called wouldn't do the job or didn't return my calls.

These guys did an amazing job. I brought them 10 items for embroidery and had them back within a week. They knew I was a little nervous, but took the time to show me how big the logo would be by measuring it out. They were very reasonably priced after I had looked around and would highly recommend them. I’ll be back for sure and look forward to trying out their screen printing!
