Nick and Matt were awesome. This guys went above and beyond to make my rental experience smooth. I needed a luxury sedan and they searched around to get me going in Audi convertible A5 in less than 30mins , and that to me was pretty impressive.

Scheduled in advance for a car pick up after I dropped off my car at the shop. Showed up at my reservation time to be told there were no cars! They didn’t call me in advance to let me know, just waited until I got there… I was then left without a way to get to work and the only help they gave was a card with other enterprise locations in the state with a “good luck finding one!”… Guess who had to call out of work an hour before I was supposed to go in ?

Dropped my car to the repair shop and headed to Enterprise to pick up a RESERVED car. Apparently, Enterprise says there are no cars at all. What's shown on the website is not reflected onsite. Now I am left with no car to go to work. If you want somewhere reliable, avoid Enterprise at all cost. They advertise customer service as utmost care, but it's a big fat lie ?

I was in an accident and the insurance company organized the rental with enterprise. When the insurance company left me without answers, enterprise staff were kind, patient and helpful - extending my rental several times - providing fantastic customer service - always checking in. Very stressful to deal with insurance company over total loss claim.Staff at enterprise made dealing with rental painless!!! & made sure I was able to get to my job for 3.5 weeks while I had no car! Thank you enterprise team for your hard work!! I really appreciate it

Reserved a car yesterday to pick up this afternoon after dropping my car off for service down the road. Got there at 3 and they said that my reservation was for noon and since I wasn’t there at noon, they gave my car to someone else. I never asked for noon and the girl I spoke with on the phone knew I wasn’t picking it up until the end of the day. $70 for an Uber home. Will never use enterprise again. Apparently Enterprise Plus doesn’t mean anything.

Don’t pay for gas ahead for a full tank because even you return it with just a little gas from when you initially picked it up they still charge you for a full tank. Even though they stated you would only get charges for the difference. Which means I shouldn’t have gotten charged for the full tank. They are liars and thieves!!!

Great Enterprise location. The staff is outstanding. I had the pleasure of dealing with Joshua N. Outstanding young man! He had me in my rental and off in no time. Very happy with the service at this location. They also have a great fleet of vehicles. I was very impressed with the selection of vehicles they had. I highly recommend using this Enterprise Rental-A-Car.

In a matter of about 30 minutes, I was able to get a car in an emergency this past Saturday Feb 4. Shout out to Matt, and Corey! Their services were a big reason I made it to my date in Boston even in arctic weather. 5 stars to Enterprise in West Warrick!

Do not go to this place! I booked on Thursday last week, and on said date I was told “we don’t have a car for you today, we'll give you a call tomorrow to get you one.” I waited, of course, and on Friday I expected a call. But I didn’t get one, and as I called back to ask I was told there was no car for me? So I waited again, thinking they’ll have an availability later, as they had taken my situation into account. Instead, no car to this Monday. And when I asked about what had happened, I was told they gave my number a call and I had said my license was lost in a flood and I was cancelling my reservation. The next availability was Thursday. Now, through all of this injustice, I can’t help but think that perhaps me coming from an insurance company or another such factor played into this whole scenario. Never again will you see me contacting them for a car, terrible place.The only reason I see is the car was booked by progressive and rate was 40 dollar per day and they could easily get lot more from other people . Where is morality and business ethics go . I guess this is the world we live in today
