Busy Sunday night, one cashier on for a line of 20 people. Then employee comes in to start shift at the same time, instantly starts complaining to other employees, causing them to be distracted. Continues to moan and groan in the corner while customers need help.

Incompetent manger who will not let customers use bathroom. Hides under a mask with a belligerent voice when I ask why so mean? Most workers are good. Store is unorganized and many slots are empty. There’s always another dollar type store up the road to spend my money on.

I visit this store frequently and find so many good buys. The store is one of the neatest I've seen and well organized. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This Airport plaza Dollar Tree is the BEST in Warwick. The manager Heidi is a Leader because she is respectful towards her staffs plus she is also mending the cash register & stocking the shelves along side of her staffs.(Team Work)As a customer, Heidi & her staffs are extremely helpful & welcoming. This Dollar Tree is always well stocked, organized & clean. And as of 10/2023 they now have the $5.00 aisle. To the new CEO of Dollar Tree, Mr. Rick Dreiling welcome. I am aware this will reach you, yet not certain of the time frame. This store in the Airport Plaza in Warwick RI, manager Heidi & all of her staffs are exceeding the phrase "Above & Beyond" Im a frequent shopper & a word of mouth advertisement for this Airport Plaza Dollar Tree. Appreciation from your office to these staff are due.The month is October, the bathroom is out of order. Reminder make sure you don't need to use the bathroom when you arrive to this Dollar Tree.

I have to agree with the majority of other reviewers. This is one of the best Dollar Tree stores I've ever been to. I travel a lot and I've probably been to (just guessing really hard here) 20 or so Dollar Trees? The shelves are absolutely stocked, it's neat and clean and the appearance of the entire store was welcoming. You can tell that the staff really does care about their store and they want people to return and shop here. During my stay here I'll definitely be going back. Thank you all who work here to make the shopping experience lovely, truly appreciated shopping in a really, really nice Dollar Tree!

This used to be my favorite dollar tree until recently when I went in for an exchange and they had lost my stuff. One of the employees said she was sorry but not sorry enough to tell me that if they find it then they will call me to come back to exchange. I live all the way in Providence and I never minded the gas milage getting there until this situation. I'm sadly disappointed.

I love that the store is well stocked with holiday finds. I enjoy making wreaths and they had plenty of options for materials to use.
