This store at times can be great at times and not so much at other times. There seems to be carts with boxes of goods needing to be stocked on shelves every time I visit. It seems like employees are never there long but when they are they are friendly. Not sure what the problem with this location is but the other location on Warwick is mire recommened

This 5 star rating is reflective of the awesome customer service, not so much about the store itself, which is pretty typical of stores of this genre, with limited selection and crowded, cluttered aisles.
My wife, who just started Doordashing, and I, stopped here to fulfil a Doordash shopping order, with a list of about 10 items. Not knowing the store layout, we were flustered, until an employee named Annette stepped in and saved the day. She literally helped us find every item we could not find on our own, leading us right to it, and pointing it out or grabbing it for us. Customer service like this is extremely rare these days.

I really don't care for this store but yet I find myself coming back here about every other week. Their prices on certain things just can't be beat. If you've seen a parody of Dollar General stores on social media, they're all 100% TRUE. Aisles in disarray, boxes of merchandise waiting to be stocked and completely indifferent staff. But - the coupons! I love a challenge... And a store savings app (much to my teenager kids'dismay) . You can stack some of the coupons to add up some major cash savings. They have EVERYTHING. Dairy, dry goods,, grocery, hardware, pet, health and beauty, housewares. The vibe is a family five and ten store that's being run by a crazy aunt while the real owners are on their annual Florida month long vacation. It's a fun shopping adventure where you can get a little of what you need and save a lot. I go here for the laundry detergent and energy drink prices. They have a squeaking pig at the register that you squeeze when you're ready to ring out. Enough said.

The store continues to have stock in the way when you shop and the cashiers aside from one make you feel like you're bothering them at work.. avoid this store

Most of the cashiers are rude. The aisles are crowded with stock to be put away and the new manager is also horrible and you can hear him complaining to other workers about upper management. This store has gone way down hill.

Women be careful shopping here I was harassed multiple times by a few of the male employees. If you look “younger” they will “catcall” you and make you feel very uncomfortable.

very bad experience. My cell phone had no battery and I consulted a young man. I think he was in charge of the place. I could charge my cell phone and they told me no. I asked if I could charge it by buying the cable for the iPhone and I asked the lady who was at the checkout, she told me that I needed the plug to connect it so I looked for a plug and asked her if I could charge the cell phone and she told me that it couldn't. I told her that i needed to make a urgent call. She just said I can’t do it.I had no help ... very sad ?

They are always going through shipping containers but nothing is EVER stocked or in stock. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone at this store.

This is like shopping at Target You can get almost everything in here. I love their merchandise and prices are very fair. Unfortunately, the store is too small and they should hire more staff because the place looks messy most of the time. But most important thing- The staff needs a lot of training in customer service ASAP!!! The only person that really knows how to handle a customer is the manager; she does a GREAT job. Too bad that customers must always wait to pay a few minutes, because there's almost never a staff on the cash register to take care of the clients.
