The pharmacy has horrible customer service. I needed a refund because I paid out of pocket for my prescription and didn’t have my insurance card on me at the time. When I called to give the my FSA card number to pay for it, they gladly took the card number and told me to come in for a refund with my receipt. 2 days later I come in with my receipt for a refund and the lady is telling me I need to bring my prescription paper and the whole 9 or else she can’t do A SINGLE THING about it. After standing my ground for about 30 minutes, she did issue me a refund but lied about how she couldn’t do anything for me unless I brought her all of those things(which I didn’t) and refunded me in the end. Wasted 45 minutes arguing with them to get what was rightfully mine.(my hard earned money)

Pharmacy staff is rude. They always act like they are bothering them by calling or asking questions. I am always made to feel uncomfortable when I need certain medications I’m on. I transferred almost all of my prescriptions and would transfer the rest but then next nearest pharmacy closes too early and I get out of work too late, so the meds I can’t go without have to stay here for now unfortunately. There is one woman who works overnight who is so rude to people and I don’t understand how she has a job. Your job is a customer service job. If you don’t like customers, you should probably find a different career. You make vulnerable people feel terrible. My parents also consistently have issues with CVS but they don’t have a choice to leave their pharmacy. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. The only reason I’m giving a two star review is that some of the store staff is actually nice.

Dropped a script off at 4pm,was told 2hrs,went back at 8pm,they told me they were out of the medicine,and never called to tell us until i went to pick it up,then sent it to cranston instead of down the street to a warwick store.Not to mention the rude lady that usually works the pick up window.

I've been getting my prescriptions at this pharmacy for about 3 years now. Last night I went through the drive thru and was assisted by a pharmacist or a tech with short blonde hair. She was extremely helpful and informed me that a prescription discount card yielded a lower price than my insurance. I really appreciated that she thought to check into that for me. She saved me $10!

Outdated, poorly maintained building/storefront, but worst of all THEY NEVER HAVE MEDICATION IN STOCK. I don't even know why they bother having the pharmacy staffed. No matter how common or basic a medication is, they NEVER have it and advise it will take days or weeks to get anything. Pretty sure they are just lying so they don't have to do any work. Take your scripts elsewhere and save yourself the trouble of having to individually transfer each Rx your doctor sends to another location.

Never have what I need in stock and when promised It will be ordered for next day it never is. I’ve been on hold for an hour again and app is useless no one answering phone I guess. I’ve had to make trips to other Warwick Ave and post road yet they offer deliveries !

I can't understand the low reviews I've read on this site. I found everyone to be very helpful and very knowledgeable about everything I had to discuss with them. We recently moved to Warwick three weeks ago from North Providence and I have many medications that I had to have transferred to this CVS. The pharmacy assistant was patient, answered all of my questions and even told me exactly what I had to do to make sure all of my meds were refilled on time. He even set up my meds so thise that could, refilled on the same day so I wouldn't have to make 7 trips to the pharmacy monthly.The store us well set up and very clean. I would definitely recommend this CVS.

Hey there ? I've been coming here for the last 3 months and I couldn't be more happier with everyone I have dealt with... from the pharmacy technicians and the cash register ladies, everyone is so nice ? I've even been making a excuse to stop by,buy something I don't really need, and chat with one of the ladies... And I have to say my prescriptions are fast and filled perfect... thanks folks and keep up the great work ??I sold my house about 17 months ago and I've been moving around Rhode Island and I think I've used 5 different CVS,,,, and everyone was pretty good ?? but this is the Best.. and I intend to be staying in my ocean view townhouse for a while...?

Was not a fan before but now with their cut hours even less so. Thank God we are able to get most of our prescriptions through mail order but the ones I do have to pick up locally are a nightmare.

I can always count on this location. I used to get my rxs filled at Walgreens, but they cut back their hours. It was impossible for me to be able to get there to get my medications. CVS has yet to let me down since I switched. Everyone at the drive-thru window is always super friendly. I get my notifications when I'm due and has been refilled and ready for pick-up. This is my go-to spot.

I find CVS to be an easy and convenient place to shop. I like the savings I get using extra bucks. I especially enjoy having care pass. With it only being $5 a month and then getting $10 to use every month is a no-brainer. The thing I love most about care pass is getting my prescriptions delivered to my door for free!
