Sales rep made me set up a new account instead of transferring my line. Cost me a few hundred dollars don't listen to their sales reps 401-408-1646. This is the number of the sales rep that cost me a few hundred stay away!

The service there is a source I've ever seen the staff there are rude and treat you not that well I am eliminating cox and going to Verizon. You are not the only game in town you really didn't look at the needs of the people that come in your staff there seems to think that we are all stupid. You ask them a question and they don't really answer it or they don't have the answer it's very unfortunate more people will realize this you will lose them also as you have me

Whoever works Monday morning is seriously a person who clearly get offended and doesn’t even relay messages. Imagine loosing internet at 6pm Saturday night . On hold with cox for an hour to be hung up on , on the phone again for another hour to be hung up on . Drives to Warwick to get a new modem ( those people were awesome) but then continues to say “ call back if u have problems” knowing damn well I couldn’t call back because the stores phone was closed and I had already drove 35mins for a new modem new plan new everything. Btw it’s almost Tuesday and I still have no internet . Save yourself the trouble and goto Verizon

Salesman was good not a complaint. Make sure you know the price though the only I wasn't told but already had an idea. Not to mention the only provider for my complex. Service has been great no complications. 5 stars for quick and friendly service

i haven’t had wifi or internet connection for 4 days now. i have called about 5 times and its just bull everytime. worst customer service and service period . i am switching to version. hopefully cox starts to hire people with atleast 3 brain cells

While happy overall I am very disappointed and confused about why cox cable as big as the company is with all the money they make they don't give a veterans discount on their plans just as a sign of thanks for their service . Just wondering ? .
