Filled in for someone and brought their dog here.Wrote to them early to verify appointment. They confirmed right away.Staff person was very nice. Did not see doctor.Process was on-time and very efficient.Thank you for a good doggie visit ?

Update: I just received a letter from this clinic that they will refuse to provide service for my pets due to this review. That’s not a problem since we have already switched vet clinics, but I think it’s worth current clients and future clients knowing that any negative feedback may cause you to be abruptly cut off from veterinary services for your pet. At least Beth was kind enough to spell my name correctly on the envelope. Good luck everyone.-I’m not sure the reasoning behind this, but owners aren’t allowed in the room with their pets. You have to wait in the car even though all the Covid restrictions have been lifted. I’m not sure what they do when examining my pets but they were so stressed that the vet refused to treat them (not like my cats at all). And even though we’re established with the practice, our appointments can’t be booked sooner than 3 months away? That seems like a staffing issue or client management problem. Also, my name has not been spelled correctly a single time on any of the documents. I feel very unimportant and I worry about my pets’ safety.

The 1-star rating is due to a very unprofessional exchange recently from the staff. Had a great experience when we first moved to the area in 2021 and took our pets to their clinic. It has gone downhill since then and the clinic became an unreliable resource for our pets wellness and medical needs (unable to get timely appointments, calls left unreturned, random closings and shortened hours due to staffing issues, etc.). Their staff is unfortunately affected by the vet shortage recently. I hope they get things corrected soon for the sake of their clients and new members of the community.

Even though they were extremely busy they took my dog in right away after I told them he was having trouble breathing. Super friendly and caring staff. I appreciate everything they did for my old man.

Took excellent care of my husky when we first moved here from the west coast, she can be a handful at the vet and I've never seen her so calm as with these fine folks. Caring, knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure that our fur babies are in good health.

My dogs love going there. The vet techs are extremely nice and really love the pets. they explain everything fully and follow up to make sure the dogs are good he next day after a treatment. I have 3 dogs that we bring there. All rescues, all completely different and they all need different treatment. Cowesett gives them all exactly what they need, they discuss it and explain why. My 3 boys are thriving. I couldn't be happier.

Kiwi, my darling dog, always get the very best of care at Cowesett Animal Hospital. The front desk staff is especially patient with me as I frequently lose emails and such and they have to send them again. Today, Megan, was very helpful and faxed the prescription to the pharmacy in Canda for me. Thank you All!!

Highly professional and friendly service! Dr. Korry and team have been taking care of my dogs for more than two decades. Dr. Korry’s knowledge, guidance and compassionate approach keeps my best friends in their best of health. The friendly office team - Kimberly, Meghan, Shana, Korri - all help accommodate my requests and makes every visit pleasant. It is great to know that we are in good hands with Dr. Labriola for ongoing support when needed. I would recommend the team for all your furry friends!

I went here for 5-6 years I believe and found Dr. K to be very condescending so I asked for her associate, Dr. L, who was good at first but soon took on qualities of the former. I was told one of my cats needed a dental cleaning to the estimate of $2000.00 which was not in my budget so I went elsewhere and this was explained to a vet tech. Then when the same cat needed an insulin refill they would not refill it when the Walgreen requested it. Professional? I think not.

Great place! Clean and I love how everything is organized!! Doctors and assistants are awesome and so very caring! Very happy to have my Binx here!!! He’s in wonderful hands! He was shy but he did so well with them! Highly recommend!!!

Our 12yr old + Maggie had to gave dental surgery due to periodontal issues. Megan the care coordinator is very personable and always eager to help. Korie, RN came out to our car to take Maggie in for her surgery. Korie is very personable and makes you feel at ease leaving your pet in their care.Surgery went well and we were pleased how well coordinated it was.

Cowesett Animal Hospital is a wonderful resource to keep your pet healthy. They are caring, resourceful and extremely accommodating. We have been coming here for over 30 years.
