They were unable to return it without having me sign up for the yearly Best Buy Perks membership, for $55. At first I was annoyed, because I don't often shop for electronics so I probably wouldn't use it much. But in doing this, I exchanged the laptop and purchased a Samsung Galaxy a9+ tablet. The membership is okay, the app gives a lot of discounts and perks to members.”

PC Tech installed the screen in one day for only $75. I was amazed at the fast turnaround and the friendliness of the staff. Highly recommended”
