Had to give it a 1 star to post. Saturday morning, waiting for a bank rep to help me. Been sitting here for 15 minutes now, while the only person who can help me has been talking on the phone. I would have called, but I would have been on hold for more than half an hour.

November 21'st 2023 laziest manager I've come across ever. Completely shutting the line down at 12:00 noon time so her ONE teller can take her special little break and refuses to step up for the remaining customers that were waiting in line. As if a manager is too good to cash a few checks and handle customers for 30 minutes.

I applied for a HELOC loan from Citizen's online. The process went smoothly and fast. The 2 representatives I dealt with were great. Once approved, I scheduled the closing at the Citizen's branch in Wilde's Corner (Warwick). Evan Melo conducted the closing and I can't say enough about his knowledge or professionalism. The online. I have had dozen's of mortgages and loans in the past 40 years and Citizen's Bank is amongst the best.

The customer service representative I dealt with was excellent. Had my issue fixed quickly, very understanding and efficient.

Only had one drive-thru teller the rest is automated and they were very very slow

Manager has no customer service skills. Screaming at a customer in front of other customers or in general is not professional

Female tellers are rude to the people who are on security I yelled at the one with the black hair and the blonde hair girl need to find a better job or I will continually yell at them in front of all the customers that come in. girls working here are all Karen's.

Not happy with citizens policy on having an account just to exchange dollars for change. Went to receive quarters for dollars was told that I would need to have an account to receive this type of transaction. What is up with this policy. I extremely do not understand this matter at all.

Evan helped me set up a college saver fund for my god daughter and I was very impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. He answered all my questions, compared and contrasted all the different options, and helped me settle on which one would be best for our family. Thanks again Evan.

Called today, needed customer service, spoke to Lynn. Didn't even finish what I was saying before she referred me to an 800#. When I asked for the branch manager, she informed that she was the only one. She was extremely rude and disrespectful and was speaking over me as I tried to explain my needs. I then hung up, called Citizens at Stop & Shop where my issue was resolved in less than 3 minutes. Seriously, terrible customer service at strawberry field road.

I gone too this bank numerous times, and everytime i have gone somthing wrong with there atms, don't waste your time go too a different one
