Stopped in to have a charm necklace made and am so pleased with the quality of the work that I received. It was completed while I waited and I had an enjoyable time chatting with the owner as he worked. Every customer who came in when I was there raved about the place and now I refuse to go anywhere else for my jewelry!

I went in to have my watch sized and was greeted by the nicest couple. Dave took care of me right away. His professionalism and knowledge were much appreciated. They have a really nice selection of jewelry and other gifts. I highly recommend them

Good selection of jewelry to purchase. DO NOT GO FOR REPAIR. I needed a resize and to have a diamond put back in its setting. When I receive the ring back, there were gouges all along the setting of the ring, and I was told they could not resize it. They could not give me a clear answer as to why it could not be resized. I took the ring to another jeweler who was able to resize the ring without a problem, and thankfully able to buff out the deep markings.

I went to cheifs because I broke the chain I had. It was a very sentimental charm. It was my father's who passed away 23years ago. To make a long story short she was aware of the fact I couldn't afford an expensive on I'm on ss. She worked with me for over a half hour and found one for 35.00. I asked her if my old chain was worth anything. She checked and said I can give you 25.00 for it. The chain ended up costing $10.00. I was amazed. I can't remember her name but she was absolutely amazing and she deserves recognition for being such an awesome saleswoman. I have made sure I posted it on fb and all my friends said they wouldn't hesitate going there because of what she did for me. Pleased tell her she's was amazing. Thank you!!
