Go see Eddie at Accessory City in front of Old Navy in Warwick Mall. I brought a device to The Fix (stay away from them) in the mall and they destroyed the phone for what they said was a simple back panel fix.Eddie was able to take care of everything and get the phone into a working condition. He was thorough, easy to communicate with and upfront. Wouldn't hesitate to go back here when needing phone repairs.

They used to honor the warranty. Now they don’t. After Joe replaced my screen 6 days ago, I ran into unresponsiveness and random screen presses for several days. Happened every day.Last time this happened to me, I got a working screen when I went back, no questions asked.This time around when I go to get it corrected, sure enough it’s Joe checking it out. After randomly swiping the Home Screen for about 5 minutes he says the screen works and it’s because I have too many apps open. I guess to many apps open makes your phone randomly press the screen??? Hint- no, that’s not true and I was being lied to.It was a cop out excuse that made no sense and after saying last time this happened they fixed it no problem, I basically got a shoulder shrug and sent on my way.I would not use any Warwick mall phone repair store as they are all owned by the same people just operate under a different name (so if you get bad service at one kiosk, you’ll see the different name and think it’ll be better service… it’s not)

The -ve review on here is true ! despite owner response “this is a fake review no such transactions - I had the same problems with my ipad with them.After they changed my sons crack ipad screen. Had to returned within few days because the home button won’t stay in its place. (Moves/sunken) each time they told me it won’t happen again. By the 4th time still within warranty period of course. The owner try to give me an excuse that it’s because heat wave; left in the car..etc that why the Home button won’t stay. I was so livid and ask him to fix the problem or partial refund. He then make me waited and told me that the button can not be fixed because it had crack on screen ; he try to glue it and still won’t stay. He then continued saying he can fix it for additional $50. It a good deal as others will charge me more then $100 to fix this. My response was You cant fix the problem and you want me to pay you another $50 for your mistake???The worst place to have anything done .Don’t waste your money, time, and respect yourself as you will not get anything repaired here. I took my iPad and my useless $20 refund from them . Walk to “The Fix “to get it done .*Right away you can see the quality “the Fix” use on iPad screen with home button attached vs the cheap quality Accessory city used on my iPad screen which has a separate home button attached (no wonder he try to glue it and unable to fix it)You should be ashamed of yourself trying to rip me off! I will definitely shared my bad experience with this place

Had a great experience buying a used iPhone 12. I bought a different one first and then came back the next day to switch it. They were very helpful and the switch was easy. I had my receipt and device and it was all good. I was relieved to buy from a place like this instead of an individual. Great prices for the used phones (I got my iPhone 12 for $550).

Great prices extremely fast. My daughter breaks her cell like every 3months she broke her phone today I'm going for #4. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The worst place to have anything done on your phone. Had to go back twice for screen repairs. Took it back a third within the “warranty” period and was told it would cost $100.

I've been going to this little kiosk in the Warwick Mall by the food court for many years. I've checked around area cell phone fix stores and nobody beats their price. They also have phones for sale at a reasonable price and accessories. The staff is very kind and courteous.While you wait to have your phone fixed, you can grab a bite to eat watch TV or go shopping...can't beat that
