I’ve worked with Brock’s a handful of times over the past few years and the service has been nothing short of excellent each time. What’s usually a frustrating situation is always taken care of quickly and professionally. They communicate consistently throughout the process, handle everything with the insurance company, and perform top tier work. I will continue to give them my business and happily recommend them to friends and family.

Outstanding! I've been to Brock's for both direct-pay, and insurance. Mollie is awesome. They communicate consistently, never have to chase them for an answer. Patient. And they do the highest quality work. They seem busy but never too busy to help a customer. Highest possible rating!

A visit to a body shop is not my favorite pastime, but everything with Brock's went smoothly. He worked with the insurance company and advocated for an updated appraisal when more damage was revealed. The car looked brand new when I picked it up.

Avery at Brock’s was just incredible. He absolutely went above and beyond and made everything so easy for me. He dealt with the really difficult insurance agent FOR ME, as he knows the laws that I obviously do not, so he made the insurance company abide by them. If it weren’t for Avery I would’ve really gotten “screwed” by that insurance agent. All I did was submit a request on their website, he texted me (which is so much more convenient these days), I went in and dropped off my car, he had a rental vehicle and the rental agent right there at his shop waiting for me so I just hopped right into the rental for the whole time my vehicle was being repaired, then I just dropped the rental off and picked up my car when the repairs were done. So easy and smooth. He kept me updated throughout the time they were repairing it. ALL repairs we discussed were done and done correctly. After the fact, there was an issue with billing from the rental car company (not Brock’s fault at all). I just texted him about it and he just took care of it and I didn’t hear anything else about it. I really can’t tell you how beyond satisfied I am with Brock’s work and service. Avery really made me feel like he appreciated me as a customer, which unfortunately is not the case with a lot of businesses these days. They make you kind of feel like a bother. Absolutely not that way at Brock’s. I even asked him to let me know if they found any additional mechanical issues and I would pay for them out of pocket for them to repair them while my car was already there…now you know a lot of mechanics would’ve taken full advantage of me with that…not Brock’s. He didn’t find anything outside of what we discussed and I had no out of pocket expenses outside of the check the insurance company sent. I’m so happy because now I know I can always go there and not get taken advantage of or get bad quality work which, especially as a woman, is so comforting. If you’re googling and yelping for an auto shop (like I always do for anything) I promise you that you don’t need to look any further. Brock’s is the best in all aspects for auto repair. Thank you Avery and team SO much! I really needed your help and you over delivered!
