I had a good experience here the salesman Justin took the time to get me several quotes on machines, helping me select the right machine for my busines to start grinding stumps. Terrible experience, Lost our order, can never tell us when it will be delivered, a year latter and we get the equipment with missing parts. This needs to stop. This is the problem with allowing them to have a monopoly in this area.

Service was terrible. Went to go pick up a skid steer for my employer that was in the shop being repaired. It appeared that nothing was done to it and I got no paper regarding any work done to it. When I told the man in the office I was picking up a skid steer for my boss he told one of his mechanics to get it and bring it out front. He mentioned to his mechanic something about throwing out paper that I assumed was about the machine I was there to pick up. I went out to the truck and waited nearly half an hour for the machine to be returned. I started to get impatient so I went back towards the building to ask about the machine again and everyone that I could see was getting ready to close up and head out for the day. The machine was brought out to me finally after a long wait and as I began to load the machine all of the employees headed to their vehicle and left, some even appeared to snicker at me as they walked by. One employee did give a thumbs up as he left to verify I was not in need of any service but other than that I received no help or service. The employees were all “pissy” for a lack of better term. The extended wait times and lack of urgency and quality service upset me.

I purchased my chipper from Bobcat after speaking directly with a representative of Brush bandit. There was a more local dealer to me who's reputation for poor customer service had me spooked so I wanted another option. When an issue occurred with the chipper I brought it in for the repair. In turn we had no option but to rent their much smaller, beat up chipper at an outrageous cost. After the rental agent rushed to get out of work that Friday afternoon and hand off the paperwork to one my guy who was sent to drop the machine off and pick up the rental, he didn't go over the machine or anything he only stated "Steve knows how to run these chippers so you should be good".Only to find out the next morning there was no key in the chipper and they had no one who could bring one to us. Back to Rhode Island. (An hour and a half. )The jack broke and we needed to carry a floor jack with us for the next month and a half while our chipper was awaiting repair. The knives of the rental were so dull it clogged multiple times causing hours and hours of downtime. In the nearly two months that my chipper was there... two payments were made on my chipper and they charged me 3k for a month's rental of their very sad chipper. Every time I reached out to them they had no answers. Finally after way too long of a time the chipper was fixed. 798 dollar repair almost 2 months later. Fine. I went and picked it up, paid the bill only to have them charge my card another 3k a week later without even mentioning anything to me. Lets recap. 6k in rental fees + 798 repairs + 1200 ×2 = 9198.This is bad business.

You would think when trying to buy a piece of equipment you would get great service, tryed to demo one of there equipment for sale was told I was able to before I bought it and all I got was the run around they said they would bring it to me on one day then never called or said anything tryed calling all I got was the run around or I’ll call you back never received a call back, left messages no call back .... never got a new day to demo the machine. I would think you would want to make a sale on the equipment they have there but in my experience I guess they don’t really care!!!!
