It is quite difficult to have someone help you spend money in this location. I asked someone and when they went to get a key to get something locked up for me they started helping someone else. I went over to another department and two guys were just talking, I asked if they could help me get a phone that’s in stock and they said someone in that department will be able to help once they free up. I’ve been in the store for 15 mins and no one has offered to help.

I bought a kitchen aid dishwasher through Best Buy in 2022, took out an extended warranty and got the geek squad coverage. In 2024 the dishwasher begins to malfunction, they send out sears who comes several times and only sort of fixes the problem. A few months goes by and things get worse. This time geek squad comes out, looks at said dishwasher for a minute and orders some parts. Comes back next week shakes the box of said part and says it’s broken. Orders again, comes back next week, shakes box of part, and guess what? Deems it broken again. Once again, orders said part and here I am still waiting for them to come at 8:40 pm when they were supposed to be here between 3-7 pm. We have called multiple times tonight and are told “we’re still on the schedule”. They only work certain days of the week so we have had to stay home for a 12 hour window for 3 Saturday’s in a row as both adults in the house have a full time job. This is absolutely ridiculous and extremely poor customer service. Every time we call we get a different person who is just as clueless as the last. I will never be giving Best Buy my business again.

Needed a new MacBook Pro. Waited 15 minutes. No one available to just get me the MacBook. Went to the front to ask someone to wait on me. Waited another 10 minutes. No one. Best Buy - I wanted to spend money, my money. And you couldn’t get someone to just wait on me so I could spend my money. I’ll never come back.

Visited Best Buy to return a laptop that we could not use. It was purchased as a gift for my 5 year old, but beyond her ability in terms of functionality. They were unable to return it without having me sign up for the yearly Best Buy Perks membership, for $55. At first I was annoyed, because I don't often shop for electronics so I probably wouldn't use it much. But in doing this, I exchanged the laptop and purchased a Samsung Galaxy a9+ tablet. The membership is okay, the app gives a lot of discounts and perks to members.

When you spend $500 for a watch id expect them to have screen protector and outer shell but neither in store. If your gonna sell the product you need to have the accessories!!

The dude who helped completely mislead me on the credit card. Had enough to buy the iPad Pro I wanted outright but was told I could do a 12 month interest free plan and get 15% back on that first purchase to use in store 30 days after. I also asked him multiple times that I was definitely getting the 15% back. 30 days later and it turns out it’s the 12 month plan or the 15% back so I basically got screwed out of $200+ dollars I was gonna use for a new gaming head set. Since I would’ve paid off the card balance immediately to avoid the interest.
