Ordered A diamond drill bit from bedrock supplies and it never came. I have tried contacting them through email and also by phone. The payment went through on my credit card. It's been 4 months since I placed my order and have yet to receive it.

Lack of communication. Called their number and there was never any answer. Left voicemails and did not receive a return call. Online orders take forever if they are processed at all, but they sure do charge you either way. Worst online experience ever.
