I could not be happier. Short story - The oil light kept flashing on during our trip from Pennsylvania to Providence. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and we need to return home on Monday after Thanksgiving, so not a lot of hope to get repairs done on time. Ernie and the Balise Toyota team made it happen. They found all parts and got it done. We are free to enjoy our Thanksgiving holidays with family. Thank you so much. Romeo Martinez

I recently visited Balise Toyota with the intention of possibly trading in my car and exploring new options. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The sales team employed high-pressure tactics, including haggling and stopping me when I tried to leave without finalizing a deal. This was both uncomfortable and unprofessional. Moreover, their approach to trade-ins was disappointing. They offered me a value for my car that was significantly below the Kelley Blue Book trade-in values, which felt like a blatant lowball attempt. The sales tactics didn't stop there; I experienced what I can only describe as manipulative strategies, including gaslighting, which left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from Balise Toyota. The experience was so off-putting that I'd prefer to walk to my destinations rather than buy a car from them. The other reviews for Balise speak volumes, and my advice would be to consider visiting Tarbox Toyota instead, which is only a short drive away, and offers a more respectful car buying experience.

I've had two Siennas serviced at over a dozen Toyota service centres, in 10 states, in the past 6 years. #vanlife I've also tried all three in the Providence area, at least twice each. This is the best of those three. They're professional and honest and, unlike the others around here, respectful of my time, pretty organised, haven't recommend work that didn't make sense, and haven't made any big mistakes.I wish they had the online services that some other Toyota service centres have, or that they have out car wash coupons (especially useful here in snow country). I especially wish they had power outlets in their customer lounge, that the wifi wasn't so bad, and that they'd turn off those TVs blaring commercial channels that few of their customers care to watch. But I'm happy for this to be my 'home' Toyota service centre. The only advice I'd give to customers is, if you're like me and you get your vehicle serviced interstate a lot, make sure you tell them to look up Toyota's global service history for your vehicle, so they don't perform unnecessary maintenance.

I made an appointment through their texting system and was told 4:15pm was when they would have time for my car. I asked for a synthetic oil change and just brake pads (no other brake service). I got there and was told my car wouldn’t be done until the next morning despite having an appointment; I told them I needed it done tonight because I work in the morning and the appointment time was moved up significantly and I was able to get the car that night. However, I was charged over $700 for service I did not authorize by signing anything or by verbally saying yes. I was not told or shown any info when I dropped my car off that they only do full brake service, not just brake pads. They also charged me to replace a light I did not asked to be replaced; they didn’t even replace it because they couldn’t, but they charged me for the service. I was also charged for other services I didn’t ask for. I would have liked to know about all of this because I was not prepared for the amount I was charged.Update: The next day, we were able to speak to someone and get a partial refund. The woman was very nice.Service: Auto maintenance

Update:They said that $1000 deposit on car in non-refundable and they said that is now a Toyota policy. This is not true as other Toyota dealer informed me that the deposit is fully refundable! Liars and scam artists! Buyer beware!

Please be advised, if you’re looking to purchase a new Toyota elsewhere and then use Belize service, you’re in for a rude awakening. After taking my vehicle in for an oil change it would be months before noticing that most of the oil had leak out, luckily I didn’t loose my engine. I found out that the service assistant manager (last name Ford) had researched my vehicle without my knowledge before I was confronted about where it was purchased. His intention was to destroyed the car’s engine hoping that I would return to buy one from them, this is reckless behavior. When I went back to complaint the issue to the manager she would only escalate the matter for worse. This was a horrible and bizarre experience at this dealer. Most importantly a blatantly disregard for human decency and professionalism.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This place was trying to charge me 85$-140$ for a very simple diagnosis when the problem was very clear and obvious. I just needed a radiator hose replacement. I watched a video on Youtube and this is very easy to do. I would prefer to do it myself than spending any money in here.

I went in to see if they had any Camry hybrids available, and if not, when one would be coming in. They tried to sell me a used Camry hybrid that was way overpriced (I am aware that used car prices are through the roof right now, but still). When I said that I hadn't gotten my insurance check in and also wanted to have my husband drive it before I bought it, they said that I could just buy the car and apply the insurance check to my loan (). They weren't too happy that I wanted to consult my husband, either, likely because it was overpriced. When I asked when 2022-2023 Camry hybrids would come in, they told me at the end of 2023. They also claimed that they get the most cars around here from Toyota. I ended up finding a 2023 Camry Hybrid at Nucar Tarbox. When my husband and I went it to tell them about it, I'm pretty sure that made an in-house call with the other person saying that Nucar hadn't "priced out the 2023's yet". They were saying that there wasn't actually a car; that it was essentially a scam. Well, I put in the deposit anyway and now have an amazing 2023 Camry Hybrid with heated seats (oh, and it actually came in to Nucar early!). 10/10 would not recommend. Manager was really pushy, too.

No complaints. Only was there for 5,000 mile service, but it was quick and painless. Based on other reviews I was expecting the worse, but so far so good.

This place is bizarro land! I'm not surprised they get under a three star rating. I have bought two cars with the Balise family a suburu forester and a Honda CR-V and only had great experiences. The current general manager is absurdly illogical. I test drove a highlander limited and was ready to purchase the vehicle with a check however they have an insane policy that won't allow people to purchase a vehicle outright. You are required to finance through Toyota financing company to buy a vehicle or lease it. You are not permitted to actually write a check which to me is insane but I guess they make some money on getting the deal off to Toyota finance. At any rate I'm heading to a normal dealership who will allow me to buy the vehicle with a check and a trade in ( image that ). That's my story and it's all true as odd as it is !
