Customer service is severely lacking and rude. No follow up phone calls when promised. Voice mail messages not returned. Placed on hold during mid conversation without any warning. Would not give me their name. Finally spoke with someone with customer service skills. I suggest customer service training. Repairs are done well hence the 2 star rating or else it would've been a 1! Pick your poison, if you don't care about customer service and are willing to forgo a smooth, pleasant and good experience then this is your place.

The Staff was professional and friendly when I had to bring my car there. Upon seeing the repairs the job was nicely done. I would recommend their company.

Well, it’s taken me a few weeks to gather my thoughts in what to post. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. My vehicle was involved in an accident that resulted in cosmetic damage to the entire passenger side of the car. The repair estimate provided was outrageous. My daughter works for another dealership and could get the parts directly from the manufacturer for 1/4 of what you were stating the parts were going to cost. My tires, rear bumper and front grill were being factored into repairs and I don’t know why because non of them were involved in any part of the accident. We were also told that it would be $8000 of labor? At $50/hr @ 8hr/day that mean it will take 20 days of 8hr days to repair my car? WHAT!!! It doesn’t take 20 days to replace the front fender, 2 doors and rear fender, which is ALL that were affected. I could keep going…but, no, instead you cost me my car and it was totaled.

My experience with Balise Collision was fantastic. The receptionist at the desk was polite, patient, and able to answer all my questions and concerns. The Repair Appraiser, Nick, who I initially met when I was getting ready to drop my car off, made me feel welcomed and assured me I was in good hands. Both made me feel I made the right decision using your facility for my repairs. I really appreciate the cleanliness of my car when i picked it up. Thanks for the wonderful service. Wayne

Great experience with Balise Collision Center Jefferson Blvd. Warwick. Everyone at some point has that "oh nooooo this can't be happening" moment with their vehicle. Fortunately Balise quickly put me at ease. They walked me through with my insurance claim step by step from setting up drop off with updates of the insurance inspection, breakdown of repairs, and all the way through completion of repairs and pickup. My vehicle was good as new. Special thanks to service advisor Matthew, the wonderful and knowledgeable associate at desk(sorry forgot her name), and the technicians.

Nick, Katarina, and the whole crew were very helpful. I was wary going in knowing how the cost of repairs can spiral upwards quickly but the quote was very fair. The candor and realistic estimation of when my car would be finished was both refreshing and pretty much on the nose. They went to the trouble of having my car detailed before they called to let me know it was ready too. Great job all around.

I had an incident at Flash Car Wash where their wind door damaged my truck. They took responsibility and send it to Balise Collision Repair (both owned by Balise). There was a significant amount of work to be completed. I had some complications and first where I was not satisfied with the work completed and also that the full scope of work that was written up and charged to Flash Car Wash was not completed. I raised my concerns and frustrations. Danielle whos the top dawg there reached out to me and respectfully asked me for a last and final chance to correct the situation. This women did that and did it beyond even my expectations. You wouldn't even know my truck was 2015 after the job they did. Moral of the story is don't always go by what you read in reviews and before you jump to bash a company allow them the opportunity to correct it. I'll admit I wrote a nasty review because of the way things took place but deleted it and now making sure to give praise and credit where it was earned. Thank you too everyone here for making it right and treating me with respect.

They did a beautiful job on body work. Looks like new. But my parking sensors in front aren't working. Maybe disconnected after collision? I will call and ask them to fix it.
