Gave me a Jeep Compass with a slow leak in the front passenger tire. I informed them, but so far no response. First thing I had to do after getting the car was bring it to fill the tire. It was at 12 PSI. There's zero chance the guy delivering it did not notice that it was that low. That's dangerously low, and now I have to put air in it every few days that I'll have this car, hopefully not longer than a week. What a joke.

I feel they gave me the worst auto they had on the lot. It was a Jeep Compass. The passenger side tire, I had to fill every three days. The directional signal, you shut it off, yet it keeps going for 10 to 15 seconds more. The back up Camara was the worst, I didn't dare use it. Something that was right behind you, the camara show it as if it was 30ft away. The brakes, felt like, they were getting down to the nitty-gritty. The good part about it. It showed me not to ever purchase one. I was happy, to finally get my Nissan Xterra back. Even tho, it took two months. I would had returned it, if I had known it was going to take that long. That was the another thing. The place, that was repairing my truck, was just 2 miles from me. But, the rental car, they bought me to was 16 miles. Made no sense.

You allowed someone to rent a vehicle in my brother's? That's identity theft first off and he's disabled never had a driver's license all of a sudden we receive a bill in the mail from bridge authority 30 toll fees racked up with license plate number from your rental lot that's wrong we will be taking legal action against your company for the fees and lieing about my brother having a driver's license he has a state id

The other reviews here are spot on. Seriously you WILL be charged a cleaning fee no matter what. Jeff probably gets that sweet commission check based on a % of every cleaning fee he issues.Walk, RUN elsewhere. Buyer beware.

Jeff and his team always take great care of my family and I when we need a rental. Especially last minute yesterday when it was raining and we needed an enclosed long vehicle to move a mattress into our new apartment. Thank you Jeff and team!

I had a car wreck and I couldn't find a car to rent. So Craig of Exclusive Auto Body arranged for me to rent a car from Bald Hill Dodge. It was God send. Tommy is very pleasant. I never met Jeff, but he is very nice on the phone. Price is reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Picked up a minivan, with seat belts held together with DUCT TAPE. Only noticed when our 8 year old neice couldn't get her lap belt tight. Realized the tape was preventing it from adjusting . Took tape off, seat belt is broken. Literally held together with duct tape.
