“Service rendered: 80,000 mile tune up, and timing chain replacement.
The service department was straightforward, honest, and helpful. They discovered damage to the camshaft while replacing the timing chain. They replaced it as well with no additional charge to me due to them applying a coupon discount for me.
I was given a brand new Q7 as a loaner vehicle while my car was being worked on. The vehicles were exchanged by an Audi driver meeting me at a jobsite, saving me time and money.
I will be taking my car to them for all future needs.”

I heard from someone that this was the place to take your car. After reading through the reviews, I thought if I could get half the results others had had I’d be in great shape!
My transmission started leaking over the long Columbus Day weekend, so I called them first thing in the morning that Tuesday after when they opened. I was greeted by Lori who was super kind and helpful. After some discussion she brief hold to go confer with Steve. Then Steve got on the call to get some more information and get an idea of the issue at hand.
I had AAA tow the car and within an hour Steve had already called me with a diagnosis and quote!
The car was repaired and ready by the end of the day at a super fair and honest price!

“J Poulos is a trustworthy and reliable shop. They're the first people I go to when my car is acting up, and my parents use them as well.
The owner (Bruce) is a total king who goes out of his way to treat his customers well. He has repeatedly offered me discounts and freebees for no apparent reason outside of just being a decent guy. The J Poulos staff is also helpful and friendly. They obviously understand mechanics, but they're also knowledgeable about the ins and outs of auto retail, warranties, etc. When I was having trouble with my used car dealer, Bruce explained RI's lemon laws to me, personally spoke to the salesman on my behalf, and when all else failed, he offered me a free repair.
Car repairs are miserable no matter what, but these folks do their best to make it as quick and painless as possible.”

My wife and I were in the market for a new car after a recent accident and had decided on a Ford Bronco Sport. After driving to multiple Ford dealerships in our home state of CT and not finding the right fit we discovered this 2023 Bronco Sport Heritage Edition on MINI of Warrick's Pre-owned inventory at a very good price with under 6K miles on it!!! We decided to drive the 90+ minutes to RI to get a look at this truck.
From the moment we walked in the door at MINI of Warrick there was good vibes. Sales manager Nick greeted us with a big smile and told us a bit of the back story on the Bronco's previous owner and further impressed on us what good shape it was in. Nick also answered all my questions as how the process works for us as out of state buyers. In true RI fashion Nick assured me "OH it's Wicked easy" :) and got us connected with salesman Vinny who was also just as happy to meet us and before we knew it was already getting the Bronco out for us to test drive. We were shocked when Vinny handed my wife the keys and suggested a route to try out. "You're not Coming?" I asked.
"No we stopped doing that a few years back. Its better for you guys to have that time to talk honestly about the car without salesperson there. Enjoy"
We were shocked to say the least talk about no pressure sales.
The test drive was great and the Bronco was in amazing/not even broken in shape just as Nick had said.
We got back from drive and Vinny put together "the numbers" different financing options and left us to go over things and chat privately. After a few minutes of chatting we called Vinny back and made an offer that he ran by Nick which to our happiness he accepted and gave Vinny the green light to start he paper work. After signing the initial paperwork Vinny handed us off to Finance Manger Gina who also was super nice and friendly.
Did I mention all these guys we're working on Labor Day? They all were so super welcoming and friendly even with us buying an off brand vehicle. If we had this pleasant of an experience and willingness to work on price at any of the FORD dealerships in CT we may have never made it out here so their loss is MINI of Warrick's gain. Put the deposit down and made an appoint to come back the following day to pick up our new (to us) Bronco. As we were leaving Vinny was already on his way to have the tank filled and have it detailed(not that it needed).
Came back the next day to see our little SUV in the showroom all dressed up(See pic)
We finished up paperwork(and exchanged pictures of our dogs:) )with Gina got one last handshake wit Vinny and we were on our way back to CT with one great vehicle at a great price.
I can not say enough how easy and pleasant this process was with the team at MINI of Warrick. To me it was the easiest no hassle vehicle purchase I've ever made.

I called Ray's, and he was able to help immediately. My entire experience was top notch. Besides being taken in very quickly, we were treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect by both mechanics. An additional part was needed at the last minute, which typically would have warranted another appointment. Ray was able to obtain the part needed in a flash, had me return the same afternoon for installation. The overall price was extremely fair, and the work done was excellent.
