Service rendered: 80,000 mile tune up, and timing chain replacement.
The service department was straightforward, honest, and helpful. They discovered damage to the camshaft while replacing the timing chain. They replaced it as well with no additional charge to me due to them applying a coupon discount for me.
I was given a brand new Q7 as a loaner vehicle while my car was being worked on. The vehicles were exchanged by an Audi driver meeting me at a jobsite, saving me time and money.
I will be taking my car to them for all future needs.

My service advisor, Brandon Mazariegos, was both professional and friendly. He explained all services clearly. I was given a loaner car since my Q3 needed more time for replacing brakes.
