Excellent customer service..... I have been taking my boats to Bill for many years and he is very Knowledgeable and fair priced.... I have told friends about his work and they have become repeat customers... It is nice to find someone that doesn't take advantage of people and makes sure you are safe... When it comes to boat hauling he is the BEST in the buisness...... extreme perfectionist .

Atlantic Marine Transport is absolutely the best! Last year they hauled my new boat down to RI from Boston and they took the upmost care of my new boat. I had to have some warranty work done over the winter by another Marina and it was a complete disaster as they broke more than they fixed, they left the boat a mess and cut the wood for the frame for the shrink wrap on the boat which was never cleaned up. They weren't even supposed to shrink wrap it! Bill at Atlantic Marine took care of everything for us this spring and re did the bottom paint. He is meticulous in his work, a wonderful guy and is very reasonable on his prices. He will be the only one that is allowed to work on my boat going forward! ?

I have been using Atlantic for a few years, excellent experience. I have had them pick up my boat, block it, store it, shrink wrap it and re-launch with no issues. Site is secure and monitored, I never worry about my gear or fuel being stolen. Bill Sr and Jr are always willing to offer thier advice from thier many years of experience and have saved me a lot of time and money on my own projects.

I think Bill Sr runs a tight business; very professional - they know how to distribute loads and safely move boats. However, I was storing my boat for $83/mo and at the same time had a broker's agreement with Bill Jr (standard 10%) because we were selling the boat. Sometimes I met potential buyers at the boat (my contacts) and sometimes I sent them to the boat by themselves based on my availability. I had a half a dozen 'very interested' buyers fall through inexplicably - never called me back after seeing the boat. Didn't realize what was going on til a woman called me and told me that Bill Jr was steering people AWAY from my boat - telling them it had problems. She told me that he steered her towards one of his other boats. I get it. If I sold my boat on my own, he loses the $83/mo AND the 10% commission, so he could use my legwork to get people into the boat yard and try to sell one of his boats. What he didn't foresee is that one of his fish would call me and tell me. I hope his father figures out what he's doing and corrects the behavior before he sinks the business.

Bill Jr and Bill Sr do an excellent job. I contracted AMT to move a recently purchased boat for launch, and they did so in an expeditious manner and for a good price. After launching, an incident resulted in the vessel taking on water, requiring the vessel be pulled again the next day. Bill and crew came out on a Saturday to help my sorry butt, and did an excellent job. When the damage was revealed that had been causing the leaking, Bill Jr developed a novel approach to the repair that actually saved me thousands of dollars in repairs. Yesterday, all the repairs were completed, and Bill Jr and company delivered the vessel to my storage spot I'd built in my yard. He took the time to go over everything that had been accomplished, and also made recommendations regarding the winter storage that were very timely. Bottom line: Atlantic Marine Transport is very customer oriented, cost effective, hard working and diligent. They have single-handedly shown me, by mission of action, that there are still good people who work in the marine field. Keep them on your short list, and at the top of it.
