Our non profit organization rented a unit back in October of 2023, we prepaid for 12 months with grant funding. After unsuccessfully being able to access our unit on several occasions due to another tenant working on automobiles in the lot, we reached out to James to terminate our contract. This was a month to month contract that stated it could be terminated at any time with a written notice. The contract also stated that if there was pre payment of rent at the time of termination the refund would be prorated and refunded within 30 days. We provided written termination in November and today is May 7th 2024 and we have still yet to see a penny of the refund. Besides having to endure the AWFUL customer service from the owner, James Patti, we also lost out on a little over $2,000 that was state funded for early childhood education. Masterlock should be ashamed!

The transition from the old company to the new company went very smoothly. I appreciate the updates to the building and to the parking lot. The security gate is definitely an improvement to keep customers items safe. I've been using this facility for the last 4 months and so far my experience has been very positive. They respond quickly via email to all of my questions and concerns, the 24 hour access is convenient, you can pay online on their website each month or choose autopay, and the rates are very affordable. The owner's definitely seem to care about their renters and their belongings!

Master Lock Storage is great. They are both affordable and extremely convenient with the 24 hour access. Their customer service is very responsive and caring. They are always looking on how to better their services as well. Highly recommend this facility.

Customer service has been great. So easy to work with these guys, they have been really responsive to my questions. I especially like that I can access my unit 24/7 so I can go wherever it's most convenient for me.

DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE!!! Doors do not seal shut. This is equivalent to an outside shed. Expect mice, rodents, insects, and mold. NOT climate controlled! After 6 months, and after extensive roof repairs at the premises, of which dust and debris fell from the ceiling inside…ALL of my clothes and everything other than metal and plastic has been ruined, by weather, dirt dust mold and debris from storage unit roof repairs, and rodents!!!! DO NOT STORE HERE!

I have used this facility in the past and was very satisfied but now it is extraordinary with the updates and renovations. It is super clean and secure and the whole process from start to finish could not have been easier. The rates were better than others in the area and the location is super conveient. You can really tell the new ownership cares! Recommended!

I had never rented a storage unit before and was a little apprehensive to trust my property at a storage facility at first. A friend of mine recommended MasterLock Storage. It looks like it was recently updated (the facility itself and the security systems), very clean, modern, very secure and safe. The process on the website was smooth and easy. The prices and terms were extremely reasonable compared to other places. I was very impressed by the friendly service that I received from the owners, Tom and Matt, as they went out of their way to make my experience a very positive one. After placing my belongings in the unit I felt very assured that they would be safe, secure and well guarded. I was over the top happy and would highly recommend MasterLock Storage in Warwick, RI.
