I had a great initial experience with them. But for the last service, the repair tech never showed. I have called and left messages asking what is happening all week and have not had a call back.

UNBELIVABLE! They drop warranty service call and excuse was "we change appointment time and no body was home", no any E-mails or messages about appointment time change! Ask them to reschedule time, never call back. shame on this business

Please dont do business with these people. I was completely caught off guard with how rude and obnoxious the receptionist was. It was obvious she only wanted to get rid of me and my concerns about their unprofessional service. I took my business elsewhere. There are other repair services around here and I should have gone with someone else. Heed the advice of my review and the other bad reviews and stay away

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are supposed to make a warranty repair to my dishwasher and have cashed my check. They told the Whirlpool that the dishwasher had been repaired. They claim to be waiting for parts to be shipped, and that the parts they received were the wrong parts. This has been going on over 3 months. Unacceptable. Will be calling the Better Business Bureau.

PLEASE, DO NOT CALL OR REACH OUT TO THIS SERVICE. No replies either email or call. called Maytag directly and let them know that Allstate Service has not repaired my fridge (since Feb 2021) and the best part about this, the rep from Maytag said “fridge has been repair” on their system! It is now May 2021, thank god for Maytag, they will send a new tech to repair my fridge.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on this service.

Beware of Allstate Appliance. Terrible waste of money for no repair of a stove. We paid them $255 for literally nothing except aggravation and a waste of our time. They put in a defective burner replacement in our expensive Jenn-Air stove. Or they installed it incorrectly, who knows? When we discovered it, the pandemic had started. They said we could wait to have them return till after the pandemic. When we called a few months ago, they changed their tune and wanted to charge us to come out and repair the defective burner they had installed, or installed incorrectly. Much haggling later, the service guy comes out and says--guess what?--he can't fix it. Says he'll order the part and promptly disappears, for a second time. That was three months ago. Various attempts to contact them w/ no return phone calls on their part. They are complete crooks.

Awful experience.. Tech came out to look at our washer that was making a humming noise, and diagnosed it was the motor. $78 charge just to come out. I was given a quote of $201 which seemed reasonable. Tech came out the following week and while working on the washer said the part that comes with the motor was not the right part and he left saying no extra charges, would be back within 2 days. We received no call, and I had to call twice the next day to find out when he was coming back. Once I got a hold of customer service the woman said it would be an extra $80 for this other part. When I tried to explain that the tech said no extra charge, she abruptly canceled the service all together. After this experience it became clear to stay away from this business.

Incompetent. After the initial service appointment, it took two months for parts to arrive. Repeated calls regarding the status of the parts were responded with "I'll look into it and get back to you." These calls were never returned. According to the manufacturer, delays like this are not acceptable. Once parts came in, all of the parts necessary to complete the repair weren't present. Technician committed to ordering additional parts and to a follow up visit. Parts were never ordered, repair ticket was closed, and I was never contacted. Upon contacting Allstate Appliance about this, I was told a new service ticket was necessary. The attitude of the receptionist was poor. A new service provider will be completing the repair.

Receptionist is EXTREMELY rude. Sent a tech out twice who did absolutely nothing. Was there for 5 minutes both times for a leaky dishwasher and left without fixing. Upon calling back a second time, the tech showed up, turned on the dishwasher, and left without even attempting to fix. Called the office back because dishwasher was leaking,, and once again the woman who answered the phone is was extremely rude AGAIN for absolutely no reason. I think all the 1 star reviews are 100% accurate and speak for themselves as to Allstates business practices. The only way they must be getting business is the fact that they works as a subcontractor for Lowes. Lowes is known to hire the cheap low bid contractors to do their work. If I could give zero stars I would.

They cashed my $78 check (for service call) on 10/7/19 and I never heard back. I reached out twice, the first time I was told the parts would be ordered but never heard back. Today 11/6 I called and still couldn’t tell me anything. I canceled the work. I found someone else to do the work.

I'm not one to leave reviews but this was some of the worst service I've ever had. They gave me a 6 hour window of when they would show up then never showed up the day they were scheduled for the repair and when I called to ask where they were they said they had left because "they couldn't find parking". There was multiple parking spots and they never even tried giving me a call. The customer service lady on the phone is extremely rude. Do not support this business!!
