Stopped in for a license renewal. Seems smaller than the old location and I can imagine parking would be a challenge during the week, since Warwick has town services there as well in the building. Was in and out in about 15 minutes. Made an appointment online, but don't think it's required.

Staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. A membership is worth having just to save a trip to the DMV. They efficiently move through the line and do so in a professional way.

I had to wait quite a while for a DMV transaction. The 2 people working on the DMV transactions were doing license renewals, which take a long time. They should have 2 lines when the line has several people in it. 1 for licenses and 1 for the other transactions. This would keep things moving
