Last May my husband and I adopted an adorable 9 week old Shepherd, Lab, Golden, Malamute mix. Max is sweet, smart and more energetic than I have ever experienced with any of my dogs. High energy + hormones with a bit of anxiety made it difficult in our home with our older Shepherd. Regardless of how much time we spent trying to train Max and burn off his energy, he exhausted us more. My vet recommended Courtney. I've worked with many trainers through the years but Courtney is special. Max has only been at ACE a short time and we already see positive changes. Courtney's knowledge, PATIENCE, experience and dedication to her work with dogs is not only evident, it's comforting to know Max is understood and worked with in a way that meets him where he is and builds confidence. It's a bonus when Max comes home worn out from a good day of learning & play! We are beyond pleased with Courtney and her staff, and beyond excited watching Max progress. I will recommend Courtney to anyone who wants to help their dog live their best life! Thank you Courtney & Staff!

We have been working with Ace K9 for a couple of years now. We needed training and socialization for our pup in the earlier days of the pandemic, and like many “covid pups“, our pup was lacking those opportunities of socialization and he also had issues of fear, trust, and a lack of confidence. Through the academy training and beyond, Courtney and her staff have shown such patience and so much love and care, we see that our dog has come so far as a result of their dedication w/ positive reinforcement and an individualized approach to development and learning! Courtney and her team really understand that each dog has their own special needs and they customize the training based on the needs of that animal. She has also been a great teacher to us, helping us overcome issues and concerns as well! Her training program and the continued positive reinforcement of good behaviors at every visit continues to make our fur baby a better dog! We see more confidence, positive changes, and improved behaviors all of time! Courtney is truly dedicated, its evident she loves what she does and it shows! We trust her with our most precious family member and it has been positive and rewarding experience for us all! We feel lucky to be part of the Ace family!

We were recommended to Courtney and her ACE crew from a power house dog mom. We were not disappointed. We had support with our 2 boxers, Ruby and Mojo, when they were younger. Both responded very well to the basic obedience and leash techniques. We recently added a 3rd boxer to the mix and things have gotten tense between the boys. Our older male struggled with socialization after the last 2 years and our younger one was struggling to figure out his place in the pack and picking fights. Remembering the success we had with ACE in the past, I called Courtney immediately. The boys have been enrolled in the six week academy program and are making great progress! They can be on leash next to each other without freaking out, and they have gone from cowering and shaking getting out of the car to jumping out at drop off time. They come home happy and exhausted. We are grateful for the love and care the ACE crew shows our kids! They are caring, responsive, and knowledgeable. Thank you ACE for helping to keep our home peaceful... as peaceful as boxers can be at least!

Our dog Rya had a great experience with Courtney and her team. She was excited to return each day and learned her puppy manners quickly. Courtney gently trained us how to get the best out of our dog.

We starting using ACE K9 Academy 2 years ago when Bailey was just a pup. Bailey went through puppy school, two rounds of academy, boarded and to this day goes to day care. I have nothing but good things to say about Courtney and her staff. They have always been so good to Bailey and we appreciate all that they have done with her over the past 2 years. I know that when I drop her off each day that she gets the attention, exercise and love that she requires. When we take Bailey out with us we are frequently complemented on how well behaved she is and how nicely she plays with other pups. I thank ACE for helping to give Bailey the confidence she needs to be the best pup she can be.

We have been bringing my mom's puppy to ACE for the puppy training academy and now she continues going for daycare. It has been such a life saver! She is a very high energy pup that was a lot more work than our family anticipated, and they really worked to tailor her training to my mom's unique circumstances. Our whole family is very grateful to Courtney and her staff!

My dog has been with ACE since he was a puppy for regular puppy training, advanced training, boarding when I’m out of town, and private lessons when something comes up. I am so happy with his progress he has made and that I always have a safe and secure place to send him.

My dog went there for Board and Train and the continued to go there for daycare a few times a week, and what a difference it made! Our dog went from hardly ever listening, pulling on the leash, and having high anxiety when we left to being more independent, knowing basic commands and listening to us,as well as tolerating his kennel. He was so much happier and so was my husband and I after his board and train. Courtney and her team loved my dog like their own and you could in the way he wagged his tail and saw the trainers he was excited to go back every day.

2+ years ago we rescued an approximately 10 month old puppy. With 2 kids we wanted to make sure she was trained and would be good with them & their friends. A.C.E was AMAZING!!! Now years later we continue to send her for Daycare, she absolutely loves it ?❤️

We have been with ACE for just about a year now and our dog loves all the staff and other dogs at ACE! He has come a long way in training and is always happy to go for daycare or for a long weekend stay. I’m happy to have found a local/trustworthy dog facility for our dog.

We started back in May 2020 with one husky, now we two enrolled! We have been through both their Academy and Daycare programs and couldn't have asked for a better team that loves our dogs like their own. We take them in public with compliments on how well behaved they are, we enjoy stress free walks, and have the tools we need to raise such good dogs thanks to A.C.E. K9 Academy!

Overall, disappointed with the 3 week puppy jumpstart boarding program. When we dropped our puppy off for the first day. The owner reassured us again that he would be in great hands. Working with him through the day and going home with her each night. Unfortunately that is not what happened. After 3 days with no response, call, text and email. I decided to show up unannounced to the facility, not knowing if they were going to be open on the holiday. I found our dog covered in feces, dried all over him. We were told he would be staying overnight and get in house training at the owners home. But it was clear when we had a conversation when we went there that it is NOT what took place. It was obvious that he had spent some time in closed quarters for his feces to be dried on him. After seeing him in this condition I immediately took him home.
