I've been shopping here regularly for two years and cannot say I've had a single bad experience. Every time I come in whether its to re-stock on my monthly product or have questions about new products the service is 5/5. The staff are not pushy at all either, there is no pressure to buy anything! Highly recommend!

Must be new ownership because the service was subpar. I’m went out of my way, after the gym and before work, to go to this place for something @ 9:30. A bell signals as I casually walk through the door which was unlocked, so I assumed they were open for business. After about a min a guy comes to me and says, “we don’t open until 10, sorry!” I said, “okay,” and walked out casually!Not sure how you refuse a cash paying customer especially when you leave the door unlocked and I’m already in the store waiting for service person. Didn’t even inquire about what I wanted. Would’ve taken 2 minutes because I came fir two cases of protein and they could have kept the change. Poor customer service!

Look no further for products and advice geared toward self-improvement. I first heard of this place when my barber gave me a $10 off coupon or something like that for this place. Turns out it’s right up the street from where I work. The guys here are fantastic. They went above and beyond not only to direct me to the right products for building mass, but also provided a complete nutritional breakdown of what to eat and when. At least one of those guys no longer works there, but I still stop in on a regular basis whenever I need protein or another product. The flavors from NutraOne are very good, too. You still gotta work hard for results, but this store will go a long way to make sure you are on the right track.
