They are very nice and helpful. I went there about a half hour before they closed to see if I could drop my bike off to fix a blown tire. They were so friendly and said they could fix my bike right then and there. They also took extra time to fix my breaks at no extra charge. The price was very fair and the service was amazing. I highly recommend visiting this shop for anything involving biking :)

Came in here a few days ago with my bicycle that had started making a squeaking noise while riding. The bike mechanic, although busy, took time out of his busy day to diagnose my issue. I was able to solve the problem the same day. I appreciate the help from this bike shop! Keep up the great work.

Not a great selection and not helpful staff. Wanted a piece adjusted and was told it would cost way too much anywhere else (they couldn’t do it here). Treated like I didn’t know anything. Went to another shop and it was $15 for exactly the service I required. This shop may work for a novice.

Located right on the East Bay bike path, this is the best bike shop for normal people and normal bikes! So many other shops seem to focus on hipsters and carbon fiber. Not at this store! The owner has fixed my bike several times and I am sure I will go back in the future.

Art is the best! I brought my bike in that was way overdue for a tune up, and it rides like new. He did a complete safety check and fixed everything that needed to be done. He goes out of his way to help you and give advice, for example, when I had issues with a new bike rack he looked at it and helped me. You rock Art!

Best bike shop ever! Art knows all about the bikes he sells and can fix and assemble anything. He not only assembled my daughter's adaptive tandem trike, he added electric power to it. He can figure out any bike challenge, explains the issues so his customers who are not gearheads can understand, and his bikes and service are a great value.

Horrible experience! My wife and i stopped in because they are located on the rail trail, and I lost an SPD clip for my shoe. i asked if we came to the correct door and if they had a store we could shop in? We were answered with an attitude and a statement saying " we don't let anyone in there is this thing called covid you know" Then when my wife asked about the bikes hanging on the porch with price tags we were told they were all bikes in for repair. By the way if you are so concerned about covid at least wear a mask or just shut your doors until the government tells you covid has gone away! We visited 2 other bike shops and multiple other retail shops in R.I. with and attitudes and we were able to walk around and shop. We will never recommend this place, or go back!!

I just had my Specialized road bike serviced here & was very happy with the service. When I dropped off my bike, he gave me a quote based on the issues I was having. He fixed it on time and under budget, which was a pleasant surprise!Covid safety measures are in place, as owner is always wearing a mask and customer interaction is outdoors.
