Nate, the front office guy, was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Tyler, the service manager, took it upon himself to help me immediately, even though the service could've waited until the morning. These guys really care about helping customers and doing a good job, and I can't thank them enough. Their attitude and performance is exactly what creates a loyal customer (though of course I hope not to be a frequent customer, since it's a repair shop). They let me know it may be covered by the dealer under an extended warranty due to a class action. Well guess what, it is covered 100%. Not all shops will let you know that. “Joe is amazing. My son's Kia Soul was having electrical issues and he gave us some advice as he was very behind and couldn't get to us quickly and we tried to fix it at home but still wasn't working. We then had it towed to his shop and originally it was going to be a couple weeks but he diagnosed it within a day at an extremely reasonable price and he fixed it the next day! So so happy with his service and integrity. Definitely good to have an honest and experienced mechanic and shop nearby as they just moved into that area. Our tow driver also mentioned he uses Joe so that's an added plus.”

My car broke down yesterday due to my alternator after leaving the hospital of my family member who was declared very terminally ill and when I called this morning, I just asked maybe for a courtesy timeframe so I could know how to make arrangements. “Jimmy's Tire Services came to our rescue when we were driving from Rhode Island to Logan Airport in an Avis rental car. One of the front tires delaminated on Route 24 as incorrect camber calibration of the front suspension had resulted in the inside of both front tires wearing down to the steel cords whilst the outer edges were fine.
Within 32 minutes of pulling up at Jimmy's unannounced we'd had two replacement brand-named front tires installed and were able to continue our journey to Logan so that our party of five could catch our flight to England. Better still, Jimmy's prices are an absolute steal.
We'll be forever grateful to Jimmy's who rescued us in our hour of need.

“I have a large truck with dual wheels in the back. I showed up and was greeted by one of the mechanics who directed me to the " office " after I explained my needs the gentleman came out and inspected the tire confirming that it should be replaced immediately. Do note that I also asked about the 5 other tires. I asked if they were in need of replacement. I was reassured they did not need to be replaced. ( Honest assessment)I would of replaced them all if I had to. But only replaced one which is saying a lot. Since they only sell tiresThey did not try to take advantage of me. which shows integrity in my book.I was in and out in under an hour.Thank you up Pete's Tire. I'll def. Be back for any tire needs in any of our vehicles business and personal.”
