“Staff is friendly and helpful, facility perfectly suits my storage needs. The only issue I had was accessibility problems which occurred right after I moved things in near the end of May. Storm damage to the access system caused some problems whick were fixed in a few weeks, otherwise my rating would have been 5 stars.”

“I rented two units in Portsmouth, one inside and one outside for several months. The units were clean and easily accessible, and quite reasonable in cost compared to other storage companies I looked at. Moreover, the office manager, Elke, made my rental experience easy and stress free from the very beginning, helping me to navigate through all the necessary paperwork. She was also always friendly and promptly answered any questions that I had.

“I'm giving five stars, but if there was a way to give me more I would. These stars are for the truly kind and knowledgeable gentleman that works there. His name is Sir. Wow Sir is on of those people that when you talk to him it feels like you gave known him for years. He knew exactly how to answer all of my questions and laughed at my silly stories. I hope he sees this or is told how great of a job he is doing. Some storage units don't feel safe, but this place he followed protocol by locking his office when he left to help ppl and made sure the door was closed to the units so no could enter without codes. Sir thank you being such a pleasure to talk to. Customer services is the key to making any establishment great and I feel lately that is lacking in most places. This place gets a 10/10 because of SIR!! THANK YOU!”

Was very thorough when talking us through unit options, taking us on a tour of the unit/facility and making sure we had all info we needed or asked for—def a much different/better experience than we’ve had at other places in the FR area!! “This place is great. Staff is friendly and the place is always spotless and clean! They are not 24 hours which I am okay with but if that's what you're looking for, this isn't the place for you. They have multiple buildings, all mostly climate control, there is also on-site parking for recreational vehicles as well. We are currently customers and are happy to stay!”
“Jones moved be efficiently and on budget. They did everything they said they would do. I had James, Chris, Rob and Rick on the truck. They worked constantly, answered all my questions and helped me with some others things I was moving around.
